parking was weird

Not pleased with our stay at all. Room smelled very musty and moldy. Carpet was so dirty my feet stuck to it. The bed was old, poor quality and rock hard. My whole body ached sleeping on it. Continental breakfast was awful. Dry poor quality pastries. Went out 3 tomes to get coffee and everytime it was empty. Told front desk 3 times it needed filling. I will never stay here again.

So, I’m not one to that likes write negative reviews but this hotel experience was one for the books. First our double Queen bed room was a total of $ 220 for a Saturday night which was ok considering we were there for the Brooks and Dunn concert at TI. The rooms are very dated, smell old, for the most part clean except vacuuming and a few areas that were pretty dirty such as Lamp buttons, remote control and door handles. The place needs some serious cleaning and sprucing up. Do not use the shuttle bus company they promote. The service is a Total scam and more than unsafe ride, we were told $20.00 per person round trip but upon pick up we were required to pay an additional $20.00 per person. So it was a total of $120.00 for the three of us so please consider driving yourself, Uber, Taxi anything but these people. Upon return we realized we lost our room key, so we asked for a new key upon return.. Simple right???? No, this young man said no problem what’s your room number as I was taking out my ID to show who I was he gave us a key without wanting to confirm it actually was our room and walked away. So for me that’s a huge red flag! So overall, we spent an enormous amount of money for one night. So sadly, I say take this place off your list. They do have a Continental breakfast which was okay but if your a healthy eater there isn’t much there. Overall, avoid this place.

Hotel was clean and in good condition. Beds and bedding were below average for comfort.

Room wasn’t cleaned, we went back to the front desk, he gave us a new room that still wasn’t cleaned. Then he went off for 10 minutes to see that none of the rooms have been cleaned. So finally we asked for a refund

The "free" breakfast was terrible. No fruit, including OJ. Out of yogurt. All pastries were a chocolate muffin. They even ran out of instant oatmeal! As far as I could tell, no one was looking after the breakfast offerings whatsoever. Perhaps because they were so meager, no one had to!

Staff was very friendly. Simple, clean and practical rooms. May not be the most modern, but in good shape regardless. Comfortable and met all our expectations for the value. Would recommend and stay again!

Perfectly adequate hotel on the north edge of town, beside the quiet mariner, associated businesses and park. Close to the main road in and out of town. Breakfast was standard limited fair.

Very friendly night clerk!! Day clerk paid no attention to breakfast setup (no plasticware) and didn’t get out of his seat in the back office when I wanted to check out. I waved.

Beds were awful, the air conditioning ran and kept it cool but did not remove any moisture, everything felt damp. the floor, the bed the towels. it was gross For $155/night average we will not stay again

There was essentially no counter space in the bathroom. We had no instructions on how to use the shower and it was impossible to figure out (our friends had a sticker on their bathroom mirror, and it was still difficult to use). For older clients, the bed was uncomfortable. The creamer in our room curdled in the coffee made in the coffeemaker. Everthing was BROWN. The breakfast was do-it-yourself with unlabeled containers in the fridge; some containers had indications that they were spoiled or expired. There was no hot water carafe available, even though there were tea bags. There was no bold coffee, only mild and decaf. Overall, very dated looking atmosphere. They scanned my driver's license -- ??? On the positive side there was no noise coming through our door from the machines (ice and dispensing) outside in the corridor. Nice shampoo.
