Friendly and helpful staff. Unfortunately no internet in the rooms which made a very busy business trip difficult and stressful.
Room window blind had a mind of its own. Rooms a bit grim and tatty towels. No shower pressure. This is not a proper Hilton Hotel.

Wrong style room— king bed not 2 queens. No bedding for very uncomfortable pull out couch. And to top it off a mouse was found in the room.

Hotel staff (Matthew) was extremely rude! I was told that breakfast started at 6 and now see on the website breakfast was not included. After we sat down and began eating we were brought a bill for $36 for 2 breakfast. The breakfast was awful! Very few choices and 8 people stood around 1 little toaster oven and couldn’t figure out how to get a stuck priece of bread out. The bathroom sink took forever to drain and there was very little water pressure in the shower.

We came in late, so the front desk person was not the friendliest. Room was ok, but heater/AC didn’t work and we were freezing all night. It was too late to ask for another room. Just wasn’t the best experiance.

Check in was poor. We were one of three parties left waiting with no front desk person in sight...we sent out search parties and found her on an 'employee only' room chatting.
Location is great. Pool is still 'under repair' and I suspect will remain that way indefinitely. We've stayed there many times, and it's always 'under repair'.
Rooms are ok, but a/c is noisy, plumbing is noisy, and our pillows were lost causes.

I forget my belongings in the room and the hotel never returned them to me. I repeatedly called the hotel but no follow up ensued. No care for customer’s concerns and properties. Very frustrating experience with this Hilton hotel.

I was disappointed on a whole because:
1. No ice machines. Had to go to front desk for ice.
2. Bathtub drain would not close making taking a bath challenging.
3. Bathroom door very squeaky.
4. No movie channels on the TV.
I won’t be returning and would appreciate some credit.

Approx 40m drive from Boston. That's the only 'con', esp for a short trip.
Room good. Washroom good. Furniture good. Gym excellent. Lobby area generously large. Overall clean, well-kept.
Burlington Mall is a large, slightly upscale mall. Lots of fast food around. Three good supermarkets close by. Very convenient location, right beside highway.

This is the first Motel that I have ever been to that you had to pay for regular TV. Also they put 2 bottles of complimentary water on the one stand but hidden underneath the water bottles is a little brochure that says the water is free if you are a member but all other guests pay $2.50 US.

We were frustrated to learn that we cannot use the pool upon arrival. No earlier alert was sent . I specifically booked this hotel for the pool facility. Service is slow . We stayed fir two days. The expectation was to get a refreshed spruce up the second day with fresh towels, cooffee pods and filled dispensers in the bathroom. None of that happened. I had to call the receptionist twice in the morning fir some coffee pods. Coffee in the lounge needs to be stronger. Either you offer good hot coffee or remove that part but having weak watery cold coffee. In the lounge does not do anyone ant good.

The keys for the door didn’t work and we had to go to the front desk multiple times for them to give us new keys that also didn’t work. In the room the table was dirty and sticky. Beds are very hard as well

Our bathroom floor had muddy footprints all over, when I told an employee at the front desk they weren’t able to do anything about it in the sense of a discount or anything to accommodate for a dirty floor.

Property was clean & staff was exceptionally helpful & friendly. The room was clean. However the bathroom is exceedingly small. If you removed the toilet it would still be considered small, I felt like I was standing on or around it while using the sink.
There were no wash clothes & the shower gel was empty.

My stay was really good. The hotel was quiet and room was clean. The blackout shades are neat and look for the button to close them near the bathroom wall. Very convenient to Dunkin Donuts and the interstate. The Burlington mall is really nice and so is the overall area.

Bathroom door misaligned and would not close. Only 2 bath towels in room when we rented the room for four people. Front desk did not have any bath towels. Bed was clean but room smelled like pets. Took some time to get over room smell. Breakfast items limited. Would not recommend or stay again.
