No hook/rack to hang hand towel by bathroom sink area, there should be something there to hang the hand towel to dry your hands Also hooks needed in bathrooms to hang towels and robes Need a water filter in the eating area all day in addition to the coffee machine, if we wanted water in the food/lobby area, we had to ask staff and they had to go to the kitchen just to get one cup of water
