The location of the hotel was very convenient. It was near to the old city centre within walking distance. The hotel also near to shops to get water, fruits and fresh coffee. There were a few restaurants near by. The hotel staff May and Alex were very friendly and helpful. We also met the hotel manager Charro who recommended us quite a few places of interest to visit while in Madrid.

Accessible to main attractions by foot. Close to Metro and Cercanias station (Principe pio). Offers free coffee/tea and pastry for afternoon tea. Free tour of car museum at 11 AM. Very interesting museum, full of vintage cars! Also provides a booklet in the room with very interesting little stories of surrounding landmarks and 2 recommended routes for self guided walking tours.

Our room was exactly as described. It was clean when checked in and the front desk staff were pleasant and helpful. While there we asked them for a restaurant recommendation. They made the reservation for us and the meal was very good. Would definitely recommend this property for someone staying in Madrid and want to be near the Royal Palace.

The rooftop bar is really great with a great view of Palacio Real Madrid and our family enjoyed the vintage car museum. The property also offers the self-service laundry, which is great for families like us with multiple destinations. The receptionists are also really nice and offered great help and information. I highly recommend this hotel for families.

Above and Beyond. After ending a cruise with our bags stolen, this hotel provided the refuge we needed. It's very well kept, modern and interesting. The staff couldn't have been nicer or more helpful. We told the night keeper to tell everyone that we in Room 35 had a wonderful stay.

Great location and spacious room. I enjoyed the view of royal palace from my room. The only thing is breakfast is bad, slow service to clean up tables, limite choices and taste is generally not good. Would not recommend to get breakfast but everything else is perfect.

Lovely apartment hotel. Great location, close to Plaza de Espagne which makes for easy travel throughout the city. The terrace is a fabulous addition with a magnificent view of the Palace. At this time of year the bar is closed mid-week but you are very welcome to take your own food and drinks and enjoy the view. Our only suggestion for improvement would be some coffee making facility in the room, but that is a small point.

Excellent Hotel Apartment to stay in Madrid. Excellent location. Very helpful and polite staff. Breakfast was excellent with very good choices. Rooms are spacious. The beds are very comfortable. Very neat and clean bathroom.
We checked out very early morning and the hotel staff went out of the way to arrange a packed breakfast for the three of us.

Beautiful place, clean and in great location. Staff make you feel at home and welcome. Had prepaid our breakfast but we were gonna miss it due to leaving to an excursion early morning so staff made sure to had ready packed some snacks to take with us in front desk. Awesome people

We stayed in multiple locations during our trip, and this was the largest by far, with a nice sitting area. Our flight was delayed and we didn't get in until after midnight. We emailed the hotel and they were very prompt in responding and assuring us someone would be there to receive us. The breakfast buffet was very good. We noticed a fair amount of solo business travelers, so this hotel must be used mostly for business travel. We missed out on the 'secret' auto collection as we did not have enough time. There is a small kitchette, although we thought it was odd there were no coffee cups or silverware, only plates and glasses. It is in somewhat of a residential area, although very close to the palace and upscale shopping and dining at the Plaza de Espana. We would definitely return.
