Had some issues at check in as the room cost was much higher than originally anticipated. It was fixed but did take some time. Found clothes in our room from the previous group.

Thankful it was on the main floor and close to dining room and doors to parking lot for my mother (89). Friendly staff.

The rooms were comfortable but the furniture was well used and showed its age. The only real concern with our stay was the gym did not open until 9am. So no early worknout before work or before breakfast that ended at 10am and check out was at 11am. The one main thing i looked at when I booking the hotel was the quality of the gym and we were unable to use it when we wake up early.

We pre registered online and ended up waiting for 2 different customers that had problems or didnt even have a reservation. Should be a seperate place fir pre registered customers to make it beneficial

We only had decaf coffee in the room. Went to front desk and she could not find any either. But when we were leaving I noticed on the service cart they did have regular coffee. We also put a request in and still did not get helped. Disappointing when you Can’t get a coffee when you wake up.

The staff was very good. I stayed at this location last year with my 3 grandchildren. They loved the pool and slide and the breakfast was better and the tables and chairs were placed out better than last year. The room was pretty clean and the only reason we rated it a 4 was that there is black mold around the silicon calking on the tub. My grandchildren immediately noticed this and were afraid to shower. Fix this easy maintenance and I will give it top rating

We needed to get an early check in and was helped by Vanessa at the front desk, she had the paperwork already ready and made check in a breeze. The room was clean and the beds were the most comfortable I’ve had in a hotel in a long time, the sheets were so soft. The pool was clean and the slide was a nice bonus.

I booked 2 rooms together as I was traveling with my 5 kids. They put us on 2 different floor. Not a problem, I put my older ones in that room. When I walked in the one room, the toilet was running non-stop. I used it and it wouldnt flush as the handle is coming off and you can literally spin it 360. I let the front desk know and they said maintenance would be by. They never came. So I had to take the lid off the toilet every time to flush it. Sometimes the water just kept running, which is not eco-friendly. The fan also was not working in the bathroom. The shampoo and body wash were empty (they use big bottles) and we didnt pack any
The beds were comfortable. Some of the lights didnt work for nught time, but oh well. The staff was nice though and my kods enjoyed the pool.

I booked a suite a few months in advance but when we arrived the shower was not working and there were no other suites available. Took a few tries to find another suitable room, either pull out bed was broken or not suitable for a family. The pool water was not very clear at all. Breakfast options were run out by 9 am while breakfast was supposed to be available until 10 am. The hallways and public washrooms are in very rough shape.

Requested an upgrade to a suite as we came in for a funeral so wanted a place to gather, received an approval for the upgrade and then an hour later got a message that request was denied. When I called to ask why was told that it was another staff member that approved it without checking to see if it was actually available…. So no communication between staff and got our hopes up for nothing.
Asked if they had a meeting room or somewhere else we could gather but had nothing, no sufficient outside seating or anything.
