On check-in we were given a room right in the lobby from which you could hear every single word said in the lobby and the loud music from the bar across the road. We were provided a different room on from the 2nd night onwards, which was smaller than the original room based on the fact that our suitcases were harder to fit in the room. Also the water pressure in the 2nd room was way lower than the 1st as the shower was operating more on gravity than pressure. We were provided no help with the bags on check-in or check out.
On positive notes, the hotel is clean and location is nice, so is the pool area.

Berkeley Park MGallery Hotel is a great place to stay while you are in South Beach Miami. Everything from the facilities, the restaurant/bar inside, the pool, and people working were great and accommodating. This place is very walkable to all the popular spots in South Beach and there is plenty of things to do. The room came with everything and we felt like very welcomed guests. The area is pretty good and quiet, so I felt pretty safe for the duration of my vacation in Miami. Would definitely come to Miami and Berkeley Park hotel.

Front desk staff was very nice. Beach is a very short walk. Beach rentals are provided by a third party. Some confusion with rental of umbrellas.

The typical valet wait time seemed to be 10-12mins consistently.. until Saturday night, when we were left waiting 46 MINUTES; Which ended up ruining our plans of going out to eat because those restaurants closed before we could get to them 😾

I’m very happy I chose this hotel! It contributed to our trip being seamless. The walk from the hotel to the beach was perfect. I was very impressed with the location, it was in a residential neighborhood and was extremely quiet and safe. The cleanliness of the hotel was immaculate. The pool was lovely. The staff’s (front desk, house keeping, valet) care for the guest and their attention to detail was amazing. There wasn’t any street parking in that area but valet is offered, which was extremely convenient. I’m very glad that it wasn’t a “figure- it -out- yourself” situation, so that added another star. ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

Sparkling clean, beautiful clean rooftop pool, large size bedroom and bathroom, newly refurbished with beautiful decoration and helpful nice staff. We had booked Plymouth for 6 nights and Berkeley Park for two nights as Plymouth was booked for the last two nights of our stay. I think I was super lucky that Plymouth was fully booked, it was a horrible hotel, outdated, super disgustingly dirty. We only started enjoying our trip since we moved to Berkeley Park. Highly recommended.

The property was recently built. The staff were friendly. I booked a king bedroom but the room is so tight.
The restaurant on site is more an outdoor bar with a dining option rather than a real restaurant.
Except for a small roof top pool, the hotel does not have an on-site gym or any public place (e.g. a lounge) for guests to relax.
Probably the only indoor place that guests can stay (outside the rooms) is a tiny area with 3/4 sofa chairs at the reception.
It's a hotel where you sleep during night time and spend daytime elsewhere.

The hotel was well located close to the beach. The pool on the roof was nice. The rooms were comfortable.
However, the service at the restaurant was not professional. One day, I needed to borrow some plates and they refused. I told them that I would get plates with the room service but they did not lend me the plates …
Also, the cleaning service wasn’t done at 3pm one day … we did not have any clean towels on that day.
I also had to follow up 3 times with the reception on our first day to get the crib in the room for my daughter. And the crib was finally delivered but was too small for her …

Berkeley is a great place to stay! I’ve stayed there on three different occasions and the level of service has been stellar! I look forward to going back. Five star service. Thank you for a great experience.

Well located, near the convention center for business purposes. Service not that great. Hard to communicate with people from the front desk and restaurant was not good. Terrible food and expensive prices. Restaurant is not own by the hotel either. Rooms were good and comfortable beds.

The person who worked at this hotel said we could park outside the hotel from 6 pm till 7 am. We parked our car, showed the guy our parking spot, and within 2 hours, our car was towed (because on the other side of the street it says "residents only"). So we paid a $300 towing fee, a $45 ticket, and a $60 hotel parking fee (after we got the car back). No one from the hotel even offered to waive their own parking fee.
Extremely unprofessional staff that provide you with wrong information (some of them don't even speak English). Avoid!

Hotel had outsourced breakfast from next block restaurant. It was totally full the whole morning and it took forever to get to the table. Also the waiters were very angly about the prepaid breakfast - maybe this impacted their tips or something but they did not like to have anyone there. Worst eating experience in a very long time.

Extremely noisy. Hotel was repairing a door close to our bedroom at 8 am next day after we arrived. They perhaps could have waited the afternoon to do so? Additionally there was no hot water in the bathroom.

Hotel is in a great location about 2.5 blocks from the beach. Beach loungers included in the resort fee were great. Hotel is in very good condition and the staff were very helpful and friendly. Will definitely stay there again when in Miami Beach.

The hotel would have been perfect but they were transitioning owners and there was no dining available. The other hotels next to us had food and drinks and that made them cozier. Staff, rooms and proxy to everywhere was excellent.

My friend and I stayed at Berkeley Park for a few days for vacation! The hotel was very clean and we mentioned how we would both bring our families. We like how close it was to everything, shopping, the beach, and restaurants!
My only negative was that most of the pillows were too hard and felt like it had lumps in it!
