I fished a Wildcard bass fishing tournament. My experience at the Jefferson Inn was more than I expected it to be. Front desk clerk was helpful and friendly. Room service was excellent. Custodian very friendly and very helpful with helping me find a place to park my boat and finding a place to hookup thanks to everyone

We stayed here due to unavailability of other hotels in another area closer to the town we wanted.The hotel wreaked of smoke from the moment we entered the facility but after a day it cleared up. Our room was clean & bed comfortable.
The breakfast consisted of 2 cereals & instant oatmeal. Would have be nice for more breakfast options.The housekeepers were kind, friendly & helpful.

Great value for a clean, no frills stay. The room was clean, bed wasn't bad, and in-room coffee. Desk clerk was super friendly. Have certainly paid alot more for alot less.

Unfortunately I was evacuated due to hurricane Helene and was not able to get home to my family. I definitely feel like I made the right decision on choosing Jefferson Inn. The clerk was extremely helpful and friendly and made me feel comfortable in an uncomfortable situation and I definitely recommend this hotel to anyone and would most definitely stay here again in the future!

Excellent desk clerk! We had to check out two days early due to Hurricane Helene reaking havoc at home. We had to leave immediately. She was so helpful. We stay here every time we visit our son.

This property is old. The first room we were put in had a broken A/C unit and we had to be put in another room. We were supposed to have a King bed room but had to settle for a double room. All other King rooms were on second floor and THERE WAS NO ELEVATOR. The “free breakfast” was non existent. Will not stay again and do none recommend.

The room smelled of….something, the AC didn’t work right. The hallways were hot, and who ever was in charge of the pool was growing beans…that’s a wood thing! The hotel is cheap in every way shape and form.

The outside of this hotel was terrible. Just weeks away from closing. Bar-B-Q grills of a personal nature on the property next to garbage dumpster. The doors protecting the dumpster broken off. Very stained chairs in the bedroom. A very dark feeling that something very bad has taken place at this hotel. Back door had a piece of wood keeping the back door open all night long or as long as we stayed. We left not long after checking in. I would ask for my money back but we both know that’s not going to happen.

Expedia should not be supporting this motel. Room had a very bad odor of mold mildew. Sink pipes were leaking..I cleaned it up myself and reported to the front desk. Nothing was done. Smoking area was disgusting even though I'm a smoker. Morning coffee was like water. No manager or employee was available at checkout time this morning.

STAY AWAY!!!
We were NEVER given the room we have PAID for at this location.
We reached there at around 1am, and room that we have paid for was already allocated to a different person.
We spent almost an hour there with our small kid waiting in the car. We had to leave because the front desk guy was not at all willing to take us in. I don't know for what reason. We were so pissed off and left the property.
We were unable to find a hotel at near by location as it was July 4th weekend and travelled for another 15-20 minutes to find one.
I will rate a 0 for this property, STAY AWAY if you can.

I rented a room in Dandridge TN and when I arrived I saw what I thought was a clean and tidy place. I was very tired and went to bed and slept fairly well. When I woke up in the morning I noticed that there was what I thought was a seed or something similar in the sheets. I picked it up and when I did it burst open and my fingers were covered with blood. I had never seen a bedbug but I immediately knew what it was. I went down to the desk with it and showed the person what I had. I checked out shortly after and went to the Holiday Inn Express 2 doors down. They attempted to charge me for the stay and I convinced them otherwise. I called the Health Dept. and reported them. Enough said.
