Generally a good jotel

Had a late layover and we booked at Hilton BWI to get a few hours of sleep. Very please with room, staff and transportation options for our late check in and very early check out.

Honestly no complaints. Everything was amazing and the staff was super friendly and helpful.

The night front desk staff was very rude and did no efforts to accommodate.

My flight got canceled really late at night and I was greeted by a very friendly front desk with multiple people to check everyone in who had taken the shuttle from the airport. The shuttle was super easy and the driver was really helpful. My room was very clean and the bed was super comfy. I was only there for about 5 hours, but it was a very positive experience.

The check-in was horrible. Dot the person behind the counter was not friendly and could not wait to get rid of me. Basically she should not be working there.

Overall the hotel was very nice. However, my shower temperature would not get hot, just warm. The temperature in the room was never constant. The air would turn off if I left the room and would turn off in the middle of the night. I understand that they’re saving power, but I’ll stay somewhere else next time where I can control the temperature.

Nice hotel. Staff is polite . The bar guy was new and excited to learn and make some drinks. The energy was excellent! The breakfast option is (PRO) something you don’t want to miss. The staff is attentive and happy to fill your belly . Plus breakfast is over at 11AM which is unique!! Ms.Antonie was amazing, five stars . She was super polite and skilled in memory. She had about 4 different omelette orders and remembered them all while holding a conversation. All of the staff was nice . We even stayed an extra 30 mins in the pool-(no problem) super nice of them . Oh and the pool is COLD and the heater doesn’t work for it but that’s ok , it’s a pool not a hot tub. The only CON was check in . I was told since I booked through a third party (Expedia) I was not guaranteed that I would be getting the exact room I booked online . I booked for a King bed and the desk reception informed me unfortunately it would’ve to be 2 queen beds. After a suggestion to speak to a manager, the room suddenly appeared available so that was that but otherwise I’ll come back here when I visit MD again . It’s 20 mins from the inner harbor . Cracker Barrel is right up the block. Parking lot was full so come early for a quicker access to the front door. It was a family reunion and a bachelorette party there so that tells you enough it’s a suggest hotel . Love from NYC.

I love everything about it especially its a clean environment

My overnight stay was wonderful except for the blinking light (from a smoke detector?) visible at night in my room interfering with my sleep. I was too tired to call anyone to look into it and had an early morning flight to get.

Checking in went smooth, it was our 20th anniversary. Once we settle in our room there was a knock at the door and the lady ask how many days we were staying? My husband said 2 nights. Five minutes later we got a call from the front desk asking if we were staying in two rooms? They made us feel as if our reservation was not legit so we went to the the front desk to straighten the problem out. The manager was vey apologetic and gave us a nice jester. We went to the pool hoping to relax with a swim but the pool heater was not working and the water was cold. The next day we left to go shopping a little after 9:00am and we returned after 6:30pm to find the room had not been cleaned, towels had not been replaced and the trash was not emptied. My husband called to the front desk to inform them and was told they were busy but someone will come to clean the room. About 15 minutes later a knock at the door and a lady handed my husband a bag of clean towels and left. My husband had to put the wet towles outside the door. We were disappointed that on our 20th anniversary we ended up folding towels and not having our room cleaned. 😮‍💨

It was very ok for that price.

This is a decent hotel and convenient to the airport. It could use a face-lift, but it's still a nice place. The service is fantastic. Sure to the nature of my trip, we had to change our itinerary. They were very accommodating and made it work.

Overall it’s okay. But The plug near the bed both side all stopped working.

The staff was kind. My room looked just like the pictures. The hotel was easy to find and very quiet.

I Really Enjoyed the room i stayed in, it was Very Nice and Spacious. Staff was Very Nice
