Really basic hotel, small room and noisy “trains running in front of rooms continuously, really basic breakfast”. Just for one night, sleeping with ear plugs.

the staff was nice. My bus got delayed at the staff let me to wait at the lobby for 3 hours.

Older budget hotel in decent condition. Staff helpful. Can hear and feel trains. Tub not shower. Limited dining, walk to old Town. OK for price, but not a great stay

Our room was horrible. We stayed for a night and the next day they changed our room. It was ok. The staff was very helpful. The showerheads in both rooms were horrible.There was no place to hang them up . For 55 euros a night the rooms don’t worth it. I won’t ever stay in this hotel.

location is good, close to old town and the station. The room is quite big for the price. Employees are welcoming. Breakfast is decent!

Hotel parfaitement placé proche du centre historique et très bien tenu. Certes près de la gare mais très bien isolé du bruit. Personnel très sympa et j'ai même pu recharger ma voiture dans le garage. Bravo à l'équipe.

Hotel was ok, nice and accommodating staff, essential room. If you want cleaning, you need to request it. Close to the train station and opposite to the railway tracks - might be noisy with the windows opened They have a garage with very limited parking spots (for a fee) which need reservation, otherwise there's free street parking. Short distance from the city center, which can easily be reached with a short walk

La pomme de douche accroché à côté du robinet du bain fait la France des années 1960. Peut-être l'accrocher sur un mur de la douche. Merci d'avoir fait la chambre le 2e jour de notre séjour !!

Service was excellent and a mix up with the parking space was dealt with efficiently and promptly. Breakfast was great and the 2 staff members we met were fab.

It was clean and comfortable. Some residence hotel would not improve the facility but this one has done well. When I checked in, they have kindly turned on the air con when it was 38degree outside and almost 40inside. So I found this really kind. I can smell that the room is properly cleaned and provided with a friendly smell. It hence gives me such high level of comfortness. The bathroom is also super clean as this is part of my long trip and I compared with other residence hotels, really this one in Colmar is perfect. Hardly see any old parts of the walls or furniture but all were managed well. The staff was super friendly. They know a lot and patiently assist with tourists info. Overall I really like my stay here and if I come again to Colmar I would certainly choose this hotel again.

The person in charge of the service was not really kind when we needed to ask questions (parking area, changing a dirty towel) . Otherwise the value for money for the room was acceptable.

A modern, basic, value hotel that is an easy and quick walk to the historical centre. Free parking is available. However, the rooms are very tired looking, stained tiles, chip in the sink. There was nowhere to hang the shower head so you had to hold it and stand in the bath. Big positive was the bed was extremely comfortable, there was good air con and it was quiet so we slept really well. I would stay again for a 1 night stop.

We had to hold the knob up in order for the water to come out of the shower head so it was impossible to shower without the help of someone holding it manually while the other showered. There is also no shower curtain so it’s very uncomfortable and cold. The walls were extremely thin and you can hear every conversation and tv show of those in the room next to you. Room has AC but we preferred to open the window because the AC was weak. Unfortunately there’s railroad tracks right outside the window so it’s impossible to sleep with the window open for fresh air. In the middle of the night a man above us was screaming on his balcony for many hours into the night and early hours of the morning. When I called the front desk to see if they could get the situation under control they said they did not speak any English. Overall, the experience was very disappointing and I would absolutely not recommend staying here despite the low price. You are better off paying a little bit more elsewhere to get a good night of rest and access to a shower.
