Prices are high considering the quality & room has no mini fridge

The pool wasn't working. Check in took too long ( 1 hour) The washroom wasn't clean. The staff were not hospitable. Breakfast was nice and up to the standards.

I paid for junior suite, and was given with a dog barking next to me. I informed the desk agent and was told that was the only suite there is. I was giving a room afterwards, even though I paid for a suite because of availability. The room did not have any Wi-Fi, which made it very difficult for me to connect. Inside the room, there was only one cover and the night was cold so I had to double up in order to sleep. During breakfast, there was a lack of utensils. Based on previous reviews, the pool was under construction and is still under construction!

The design of the hotel is quite nice and special, but sadly the upkeep is poor. First, you encouter a cloud of smoke when entering. The rooms are filthy, with mould in the shower. The door didn't close properly and the air con was ineffective. The tv had 2 channels. No coffee/tee. The service is rather useless. The first time that a taxi was called for me, I was scammed to pay 5 times the normal rate (cab number 1958). The second time a "private" transfer was arranged. I agreed to pay 150 (still hugher than is charged from the airport to the hotel). As i was sitting in the cab, another guest pleaded with the hotel staff to share my can to the airport and the staff assured me he would share the cost. As we approached the airport, he muttered something in arabic to the drive and gave him 50. The driver turned to me and demanded an additional 150... Avoid this hotel. If you do stay here, don't request or expect service.

Nothing was good

Just a quick overnight stay. Only there for 8 hours which I slept.

It was fine, rooms cleaned every day, staff were friendly. I was very disappointed by the pool which was under construction and unusable. We chose that hotel because the pool looked great on the advert. On a positive note, there was a good atmosphere for watching Morocco progress in the world cup.

We made a late check in and I made my payment through Expedia about 1 hours before arrival. When we arrived to the hotel the man in the reception couldn’t find us in the system. So I needed to pay again even though I showed him my confirmation from Expedia. The room was old and had no charger output by the beds wICH was very inconvenient. We were at the break feast 30 mins before closure and almost everything was finished. No eggs, no juice and no service. Not coming back.

Hotel has no towels you have to wait until dark and you get only two for a couple Water leaking from shower to the sink area and out to the room

Worst stay in Ibis chain in Morocco, the air conditioner did not work for 2 nights of my stay, there was 33 degrees outside and open the window was not a option because of dozens of mosquitoes. Overall level of maintenance of the hotel isn't good

Very unique property, first time & we felt very welcomed. outstanding stuff and food was excellent, very clean room.

the hotel is far from city centre, however, it would be better if there are some leaflets for tourists for the local area which has some historical features.

People were friendly, hotel rooms outdated, breakfast was ok

The check in was inconvenient. It took 40 minutes sto fund my reservation at 3am after traveling for over 5 hours. Even with the booking confirmation on email they still wouldn’t let me check in. Finally when I arrive in my room, I take a shower. The entire bathroom flooded out into the bedroom with a pool of water over two inches high.

I have stayed here previously, it seems to have gone down hill. The is a general air of deterioration and a lack of maintenance and investment. The food produced for dinner and breakfast, while adequate was of poor quality and not of an acceptable standard. I won't consider another stay in what could be an excellent hotel.

Decent shape, service was meh, bartender couldn't understand "Large water bottle" which was no big deal for us as we speak French - but it was surprising for an IBIS, not too clean with broken glass on the pool deck even after two staff members saw it, restaurant is a miss, loungers don't all have covers and you need to request towels... Wouldn't return.

IT was A Nice hotel, just A bed tv and shower in the room. The pool is Nice. Breakfast was good. I enjoyed my stay over there.

I spent nice days enjoying the hotel a lot and the city is worth a thousand times a visit i will come back later

This hotel is a bit run down, old and rusty. But it has good location (with a car). Overall I am happy with this hotel.
