Great hotel , amazing location. Staff very friendly and helpful. When we first arrived we were confused about the parking and they helped us with the Parka app. Enjoyed breakfast , lots of choices and quality .

Great location! Literally two minute walk from the Rainbow street, shopping, restaurants, etc. clean, cozy place. Breakfast was very nice, plentiful, hot and cold items, oatmeal, fruits, pastries. Staff was welcoming although we wished they helped a little more with parking options, considering Reykjavik has quite unique parking system. We ended up parking in the parking garage Traðarkot, few minutes walk from hotel. Parka app was very helpful. Overall it was a lovely place and a pleasant visit.

$985 for 2 nights. I get it, Iceland is expensive. But then to nickel and dime you for $30 to use the hot tub or Sauna? It was $985 for only two nights. You didn’t clean the room. It was a nice place but not at all worth the price. Breakfast was just some powder runny eggs I feel. I would not recommend nor would I stay here again. I also very seldom write reviews but feel this one is a must. You can stay at other places for HALF the cost that don’t try and do this. Also they have “one free drink”. I went and ordered a vodka soda. With the house vodka knowing I had the voucher. “Sorry, that’s only for beer”. So, I give them one star for greed and an average stay. I didn’t think anything was special for such a high cost. Maybe they were great years ago, but now they are just making extra money for what probably used to be a nice place.
Also the hot tub, is next to the dining room. So hope you enjoy swimming while people watch you while eating breakfast.

Location was great. It was in the center of downtown. Tv reception was spotty, phone kept giving busy sound. Concierge was great

Property was fine. Sound insulation at window is poor. Music from nearby club can be heard till early morning. Very poor design in shower/ bath room. Morning breakfast and front desk were good.

Walkable to most sights of downtown Reykyavik, safe area. Good breakfast, Clean cozy room. Shower excellent. Park in garage about three small blocks from hotel. Quiet Wedn, Thur nights, noisy Friday night from nearby, loud rave? music? until 3 a.m., but if we were 50 years younger we would be there joining them!

There is nothing about this hotel that justifies it as a four-star hotel. Breakfast was fantastic, but the room and hotel itself was very dark and cramped. Only one elevator was inadequate.

Loved the amazing Bora at the front desk. Her care and helpfulness was the cherry on top of a wonderfully comfortable stay. The dining staff were also incredibly polite, efficient, and very much focused on delivering great customer service. The location is excellent in walkability, dining, shopping and having access to everything in city center. Thanks to all the employees for making this a memorable stay. Would definitely return.

The property is well kept, very quiet, clean close to everything. The waiting area could be upgraded a bit but it was okay. Staff are all very pleasant and helpful and offer great service. I would definitely recommend this property to others and I stay there again when I return to Reykjavik with friends.

They gave us a room which radiator wasn’t working. In the night temperature goes down and feels like winter in Iceland so no working radiator made me feel all night freeze. I will never stay this hotel again being pregnant and freezing all night wasn’t fun! I stayed other hotels in Iceland in the same month however every hotel has a working radiator.

Unfortunately the room was very cramped with not enough space for two pieces of luggage to be opened. Additionally the bathtub was chipped and dirty.

The rooms were sexy but seemed to have seen some wear and tear. The rooms were super hot (temperature-wise). It was so hot that it was difficult to sleep. The necessary open window let in so much street noise it kept us up most of the night and morning

Very nice, smaller hotel rate in the heart of where you want to be in Reykjavík. We had a very enjoyable stay has a very nice buffet breakfast and a small bar for evening cocktails. You won’t go wrong staying at this location.

My room was clean and comfortable. The bed though firm had many large luxurious pillows and a down comforter.
Also got to enjoy the spa with a small heated pool and sauna.
Breakfast was the perfect amount of options and no matter what the task the staff was super helpful and attentive. They were able to help us schedule cab pickup, bus pickup, get extra towels, etc great service

This was a great location for shopping and eating. The hotel is modern and well kept. The only downsode is being on the first floor near the street, with all the tourist walking by it's loud.

Hotel is cute, chic, and clean. If you’re not used to firm beds then this is not the place for you. I’m used to softer mattress but it was good for my back especially with all the walking I did between exploring and tours. Staff was so friendly and warm.

Very good but it is close to a bar , so it was a little noisy. Also , the curtains don’t totally block the light so I had o little trouble because in this time of the year it doesn’t get dark. Breakfast very good and attention in the reception excellent.
