It’s a beat up hotel that needs renovation and better care. There was hair in the bathroom and the beds were not very comfortable. Overall, convenient location on the way to Niagara Falls.

An excellent, affordable hotel. Clean and tidy with very friendly staff. The girl at reception during my visit was a gem.
My room was exactly as pictured with a comfortable bed, free wi-fi, a fridge, microwafe and tea/coffee making facilities.
Free parking and a buffet breakfast included.
Location is excellent, right on the QEW (but no traffic noise in the room), lots of shops and fast food places within a short walk on Erin Mills Parkway, and some nice restaurants only a couple of minutes drive in the other direction. Also a short drive to Clarkson train station if you want to visit downtown Toronto.

It was above average. Only 1 elevator. But, I would book again at this place.

The 4th floor has been completely renovated and updated. Beautiful rooms and an incredible shower. Rooms on the other floors have also been updated just not the hallways.
Staff are incredibly friendly and accommodating. Check in is always quick and painless. The included breakfast is fabulous, coffee is good and food is even better. I choose this hotel for it's high class to cost ratio!

We enjoyed the swimming pool with a whirlpool. It was comforting. Staff were nice and welcoming especially the front desk. Spacious room with fridge and microwave made our stay convenient. Lots of restaurants just 10-15 minutes walk away. Free breakfast was good. The bathroom door just needs fixing because it does not close. Other than that it was good.

The room was fine. It was spacious and clean. The shower was updated and terrific (so many jets), but the hotel overall shows its age. Old carpeting in hallways, 1 elevator, a bit dingy. The lounge area has been updated as well.

The hotel was clean, it was on good condition. The staff on the other side were rude very rude. The second we were in. They wanted us to sign papers without reading them. When we were reading they kept telling us to hurry. The breakfast was horrible. For checking out there was a miscommunication on their side and then were blaming us. Anyways DONT COME HERE.

I didnt like the service cause they offered me nothing to help me with all the negative things that happened, like the pool was too warm, the flood light basically right out front of our window and the blackout curtains failed to black it all out cause they didnt close properly, the air conditioning unit was on and off during the night and the refrigerator was noisy as well , plus i had to bring the garbage out myself and replace the bags in the garbage and recycling containers and the bed was far from comfortable and now my back hurts. I will never ever recommend this hotel to anyone.1 star hotel at best.

The room itself was recently upgraded but the bathroom was not. Dirty grout and cracked tile in the shower. Definitely in need of a face lift. The A/C unit in the room is old and loud and needs an upgrade as well. Some healthier options for breakfast would be an idea, more fruit, Granola etc. there isn't a full time restaurant on site and a bit of a walk in the morning for a decent cup a joe. I'd give the in room coffee and breakfast buffet coffee a pass. Not much close by in the way of restaurants or coffee shops. Give your self 30- 40 mins in the morning to get there and back on foot.
