This is one of the dirtiest places that I have ever encountered. The rooms are pretty gross

The photos of the hotel were a bit misleading. This property is in need of renovations. Our room had a few things that needed repairs when we arrived. The staff was quick to get the job done - everyone was very friendly and professional. The views around the property are beautiful.

Party going on in next door room all night.
Tried to be patient but at 3.30am I rang reception.
I checked that they understood exactly the noise problem.
They ignored my complaint, so nearly half an hour later before 4 am I myself went in the garden outside my window to abuse these partying guests.
As an older person, I should not have had to do this.

Wonderful position being outside the city noise and pollution. Lovely clean hilltop air, car essential though.
Rooms and bathrooms have been renovated but still could do with modernisation.
Staff were friendly and we arrived late at 2am with no problem or delay.
Breakfast was good but coffee not from dispensers wouid be welcome.
We did not use the pool.

This is a great 2.5-3 star hotel from a room perspective (slightly rundown furniture that is more college dorm than fancy hotel), with a 3-4 star lobby and a solid 4 star breakfast. Given this, it is a terrific value and located in a very quiet neighborhood. We slept great, enjoyed the fabulous breakfast, and took in some amazing views of Israel’s coastline. We did not have a chance to use the pool or the athletic equipment, but if you like that sort of thing, this is really a terrific hotel!

Aside from two mornings when fire alarms woke us at 6:30 and 7:00AM, both mistakes, we experienced no housekeeping service our first day. The bathmat, with obvious mold growing on it took three days to replace. I actually carried it down to reception to show it to them! The larger blanket which covered the”king” bed arrangement had a torn and too small duvet. The hotel, at over $200 per night was definitely disappointing. The food was plentiful and generally tasty.

I was disappointed because the pool wasn't in the hotel. It is a covered Pool , with heated water , in a Country Club near by 300 mts that receive people from the zone, and also free people from the Hotel . The Gymn is also in the Country Club, and must pay 50 shekel the entrance

Located close to good food in Abu Gosh.
Close enough to drive to the main sights in Jerusalem if you avoid the rush hour.

For some reason the children's pool was empty...

The hotel doesn’t have a sweeming pool it’s belong to a country it’s 250 m out side the hotel most of it closed for sweeping lessons for the country,you have to carry towels from your room and then to ask them to bring new ones to the room.They don’t use the great location to nice places to seat and enjoy the view of the area.

Nice area and reasonably convenient to the airport. Heating / Air conditioning system can only be set to "Heat" or "Cool" and whole building is bound to that. Building was set to "Heat", our room was hot, and there was nothing that could be done.
Also, supposedly the hotel had relationships with 2 cab companies to airport, but when we needed a cab to the airport, we couldn't get one.

A great hotel. Top notch in all areas and absolutely fabulous dinner and breakfast buffets. The bar even had a choice of single malts. Not true for many Israeli hotels, let alone a smaller one somewhat off the beaten path

We stayed here the night after our daughter's wedding at the function centre next door. It was very comfortable for what we needed, and the breakfast was excellent. 2 major complaints - breakfast finished at 9am, which is ridiculously early for a hotel breakfast, where almost all other hotels we have stayed at have breakfast till 10.30.
We thought we would forego breakfast, as it was too early for us given that we arrived back from the wedding at 2am, even though it was included in our room rate. We ended up going for breakfast at 8am in the end as we were awoken by a loud, raucous synagogue service at 7am right across from our room, which went on for an hour. So that was the end of our sleep. Why this takes place among guest rooms instead of on the ground floor I can't fathom.
Our friends who also stayed overnight were awoken by loud construction at 7am. I understand the hotel needs to renovate, but they really should be warning guests in advance!
Other than those issues (which really impacted on our short stay) I would recommend this hotel as it wa very pleasant and comfortable with an amazing breakfast, but would just warn people to ask for a quiet room.
