Great place to stay!

Well pleased!

Traveling with small children, wish the pool had a shallow or 0-depth walk-in. Kids had to stay on the steps. Also there was a dog that barked several times between 8-10 pm near our room. I reported it the next morning. Otherwise everything was great, including the breakfast.

We had a great one night stay at this hotel. It was very clean and quiet and the staff was all very helpful even though they had a issue running credit cards that was out of their control. I would highly recommend this hotel to others.

Drove into visit the Omaha zoo from the Minneapolis Minnesota area! They were so amazing and courteous. I would definitely definitely visit again if I come back to town.

Well we found garbage in our bad there was cheese on the couch we lifted up the couch cushions to make up the height of bed and there was dirt and debris under them. The pool area was horribly disgusting the water was cloudy dark and smelled like sewer water. The floor in the area was dirty mildewey The whole reason we booked this hotel was because it had a cool and was close to the zoo and the pool was disgusting.

Rooms super comfy and clean. Although hotel was very full of travelers, rooms were very quiet.

It was right off the highway, which was very nice, but the place is in disrepair and definitely needs to be updated

Great stay.

Room was clean and comfortable. Appreciated the location as we wanted something easy to get back on the highway in the morning. The only reason I am not giving 5 stars is because of the breakfast. Food was cold and we there 10 min after it was put out. Seating for breakfast was limited and overflowed into a conference area where it was a little awkward to eat and equally hard to find a spot to all sit together. Options for breakfast were very limited and by 715ish if you wanted a bagel they were out. We left hungry and had to stop for food which we were trying to avoid.

Overall a well run property that was swamped the weekend we stayed due to baseball, it's location near the zoo and a comic book convention. Despite that the property was clean, breakfast was hot and there were no noise issues.

None of their amenities explained that they have "limited" shuttle service to the airport. We had to make our own arrangements and pay for getting both to and from the airport because both of our flight times were outside of their operating hours. Wouldn't have stayed there if that information was made known. Beware.

The hotel itself and the entire staff were amazing. The staff was so incredibly friendly and helpful. The shuttles to and from the MCWS were so convenient! The property and room were clean and comfortable.

We stayed due to an early flight. The room was clean and comfortable. Would stay here again. Front desk staff was very helpful and recommended a great place to eat close by.

Sinks backed up and damaged our stuff.

Stayed here for a trip to the zoo with my kids. The halls could have used a good vacuum, but the room was very clean. The room was very spacious and worked well for our family, except a lack of bedside outlets. The bathroom could use updating. Our tub had spots that were damaged and patched poorly and the enamel was worn looking on the floor of the tub, but it was clean. The fridge didn't seem cool enough and was hard to get into with the way it is placed in the cabinet. I liked that we could check out games from the front desk. Breakfast our first morning was far superior to our second morning, but I believe that's because the hotel was VERY full due to some sort of baseball tournament at the nearby sports complex. Food was still decent. The staff handled the crowd very well, though. My only big complaints aren't entirely the fault of the staff, but unsupervised children. One boy was yelling at and aggressively splashing people for 30 min+ at the pool, which is close to the front desk, but not monitored at all (like most hotel pools) - he seemed to have no adult present. The hotel has signage with a policy that minors are required to be supervised and the staff should have noticed he entered with no adult. It seems like that could end poorly for the hotel if something had happened, but this seems to be common. There were kids running and jumping in the halls and rooms above ours, but it sounded like the staff handled that before I needed to call, which we appreciated.

The hot tub looked as if it hadn’t been cleaned in a few months and the paint on the ceiling in the pool area was falling off or it was a very bad plaster job.

Easy access, restaurants very close. Shopping close. Very clean nice room. Very comfortable
