We loved everything about Sirkeci Mansion. The pre-trip messages via Expedia were very helpful and made it easy to arrange airport transportation. Check-in was great, rooms were perfect, and breakfast was excellent. But what makes Sirkeci Mansion great is Mr. Agah Okay and the entire hotel staff. We really can’t thank them enough for making our first trip to Istanbul as memorable as it was. The walking tour lead by Mr. Okay was outstanding and should not be missed! We arrived too late in the week to make the other tours, but I have to assume they are also great. Finally, the hotel is in a prime location, with mostly everything in the Old City within walking distance. The tram and metro are also very close, convenient and easy to use. We can’t wait to return to Istanbul and Sirkeci Mansion!

Excellent hotel. I am on vacation with both my sons.The staff goes over and above to meet our needs. The next day we arrived, it was pouring outside, so they provided us with umbrellas! The breakfast is delicious. Different varieties daily. If I want to relax, I can just go up and sit on the terrace that overlooks the Galhane park. The location is just PERFECT. Though it is in the center of everything, it is still quiet and peaceful. We were in Uskudar in 6 minutes. Stay here at Sirkeci Mansion and you will not regret it!

Highly recommend staying at this hotel! It is in such a great location for all of the old city attractions and very close to public transport to venture further out. The service from the staff was incredible and the daily breakfast and complimentary afternoon tea was great! I also highly recommending use of the spa services, I had the most amazing traditional hamman and massage with Vedat, he was very professional and made me feel very comfortable. Thank you for such a lovely stay 😄

Perfect location with easy access to transportation (just minutes to the Gülhane tram stop), walking distance to the Hagia Fophia, Topkapi, Blue Mosque, etc. The hotel is super clean, and the staff is very friendly and helpful. And the breakfast is really delicious!

The hotel staffs were professional & friendly. The buffet style breakfast was excellent! In addition, we enjoyed the activities planed by the hotel so much, including cooking class, farmers market shopping, historical city walking tour etc. We must go back to the hotel if visiting Europe through Istanbul.

It was a wonderful hotel. It is close to everything and is on a very beautiful street with cute shops and restaurants. The rooms were well taken care of and comfortable. There is a nice pool and hot sauna included for no extra charge. The staff was very kind and polite. They gave us cold bottled water whenever we asked as we headed out the door. The Turkish breakfast was a full buffet of hot breakfast foods, as well as, many cheeses, fresh cut vegetables, olives, fruits, nuts, many types of breads and cakes, and unlimited coffee and tea. I truly can find nothing other than great things to say about it.

Staff were exceptional. They went above and beyond to make us feel at home. In particular, I let them know ahead of time that it was my mom’s birthday and they went out of their way to make her stay extra memorable. They’re also great at sharing Turkish language and culture. Hands down one of the best places to stay if you want an authentic Turkish experience!

This was a wonderful and warm experience. The staff were lovely and knowledgeable, and the hotel itself was unique. It was a wonderful place to stay for the 6 days we were in Istanbul!

Staff very hospitable

The Sirkeci mansion is a lovely boutique hotel conveniently placed to the Topkapi and other attractions. There is tramline up the road, the restaurants and shopping are right on the doorstop The hotel itself is very clean and rooms were very comfortable with everything you need ie clean bathroom and tea/coffee making facilities water is available and there is a safe. The staff are amazing from reception to housekeeping nothing was too much trouble for them. There is afternoon tea and snacks from 3-5 everyday, the Turkish bath and gamma was very good. Outside the hotel the people are the most humbliest from shop keepers to restaurant staff Overall our stay at this hotel was really lovely and would definitely go back

Great location next to Sulhane park, tram station, Sirkeci local food area and walk to or take a tram to attractions. Great breakfast. Afternoon tea available. Great service.

Nice historical place, shopping, Restaurant and sweets shops close by. can walk to many historical places by walking no need transportation.

Such a great find! Perfect location literally 30 seconds to tram and 2 minutes to Metro. Right by entrance to Gulhane Park which you can cut through to access Topkapi Palace, Hagia Sofia and Blue Mosques. The hotel has so many free extras - bagels and Turkish tea, Turkish delight in room, bottled water on room plus free tours and a cookery lesson. All the staff were so helpful and friendly. Would not hesitate to book again if returning to Istanbul 😀
