The staff and service is what makes Hotel Residence Agnes stand out. Everyone is very friendly and willing to help out in anyway they can. We really appreciated the refreshments after a long day of sightseeing. The hotel is located close to old town square and public transportation options. Good hot and cold breakfast selection with a variety of homemade pastries. We would highly recommend Hotel Residence Agnes for your stay in Prague!

The team at Hotel Residence Agnes elevates ‘customer service’ to ‘customer care’. Their genuine desire to make your stay perfect is reflected in everything they do. From the reception where, besides a welcome drink, they help you plan your stay and sightseeing, to the little things they do to make your stay enjoyable, this may be my best stay at any hotel ever. The room was perfect, the breakfast was perfect, the air conditioning, the bedding and towels, the bathroom fixtures, the warm water in the shower … perfect perfect perfect. Laundry service was super fast and perfect. They were ever ready to make us tea when we wanted, they were ready with a drink when we returned from sightseeing. We had to leave at 4 am and they not only made sure we had transport, they packed us sandwiches in case the airport restaurants hadn’t opened. We enjoyed our stay so much, we might return to Prague just to meet these guys again!

This place was amazing. If I could give more than 5 stars they would be 10 stars!!! So accommodating! We got in really late ( after 1 am) and they said-“ we’ll tell you everything you need to know tomorrow- we know you’re tired.” In the morning we missed the crazy amazing breakfast ( we know from the next day) and Victoria said, “ oh so sorry you missed breakfast.” We responded - yes we did. She then proceeded to ask if we wanted coffee, warm apple strudel, and many other assorted pastries! My husband said, “if this is missing breakfast, I will miss again tomorrow😂. “ They also went out of their way, getting us rides, arranging dinner reservations, etc. The service was amazing. We are thankful to Frank, Paul, Victoria, and all the staff for the best service! We can’t wait to go back to Prague. We know where we will stay!

Staff consistently went above and beyond (from sightseeing/restaurant recommendations to welcome beverages to amazing breakfast service) and I will definitely be recommending the hotel to friends and family visiting Prague.

I recently stayed at Residence Agnes in Prague for one night with my companion, and we wished we could stay longer. The welcome was exceptional; the host personally sat with us, providing phablets and maps to ensure we had everything we needed for our visit. Breakfast was delightful, featuring a variety of fresh, delicious options, including outstanding in-house pastries that highlighted Czech culinary tradition. The attention to detail and the warm hospitality made our stay memorable. Highly recommended!

This is a very unusual hotel! The staff simply couldn’t have done any better. They were always on hand with advice. They were always available. But it was the little touches that made our stay here so memorable. A drink whenever you want. A free airport transfer. Great breakfasts too!

centrally located, esthetically pleasing romantic ambiance, staffed by experienced, customer focused and very friendly people, not to mention the pint of pilsner for me and tea for my wife, every time we came across the door step. The breakfasts were outstanding the free booking service and transport services to local sites were a real plus. I look forward to stating with them again.

This is by far the best hotel staff I have ever encountered!! My sister and I stayed her for three nights and had the most wonderful time!! From the second we arrived, we were treated to snacks and wine in the lobby and given an overview of Prague sites, tours, dining options, bars etc. The concierge talked with us for about 45 minutes about our itinerary and took care of transportation and bookings for everything. The breakfast was delicious, and the atmosphere of the lobby feels like a friendly/warm bed-and-breakfast. We wish we could have stayed a week here!!

Very nice, small, hotel with a personal touch. Extremely friendly and helpful staff. Perfect located, just a few minutes walk from Old Town main square but still calm and quiet. Complimentary drinks are offered in the lobby, very appreciated! Rooms are ok, clean and spacious. I recommend this hotel and I could stay here again.

Absolutely wonderful. Stop searching for more hotels and just book if your dates are available. They deserve every great review written so far. In 25 years of traveling never seen exceptional staff or service like that - You cannot say enough good things about the staff. They took care of literally everything from dinner reservations, tours and local transportation. Felt like royalty for 2 days. Hotel is an old convent & stable with cobble floor lobby. Very unique Lobby service with drinks and place to sit / socialize with others
