The staff were amazing and helpful. Breakfast had a lot of option of food and drinks.

Room quality was very poor. I had oremiur room booked, but two rooms were below standard without a safe and wardrove. Rooms were too small in sizes.

Great stay. Pity the pool isn’t part of the hotel and is chargeable . at around 300 kroner per adult .

The front desk workers are exceptionally good. Very professional and high-end. We just came from Oslo though, at the clarion hub… so we had certain expectations due got be cost being even more, but even with the upgraded room (we were grateful to have been given), the quality is extremely poor as compared to the Oslo property. For the cost we would unfortunately not stay again unless the room looked more modern and sofisticated. The two hotels don’t seem like the same brand except for the lobby and dining areas. It felt deceiving in a way.

It was nice to have the spa facilities, staff are pleasant and very helpful. It's away from the central tourist liveliness but near enough to walk there. It's about a five minute walk to the Arlanda express station. Do be mindful that you can only have access to the pool and spa facilitied if you book a treatment, or you pay an additional fee for 3 hours. The breakfast spread is lovely. My room didn't come with a safe and it was supposed to. I'd go there again.

Spacious rooms, perfect for working, very silent area, friendly staff in the restaurant and reception, breakfast is great with super friendly staff. My only critique is that they should serve draft beer in the roof top bar. Going back again next week..

Great hotel. Comfortable room, very quiet. Excellent breakfast. Good location.

The rooms not facing the park are not worth the money but the ones with a park view are nice. The breakfast is average. The gym is small but still well equipped. There was some spider cobwebs in the corridor lamps which suggests that the cleaning standards are not that good although the rooms were tidy.

The hotel shines through its common facilities that overlook a park. Good and fresh breakfast from 7 to 11. Good restaurant although a bit pricey(we tried meatballs, pasta and burger with truffle mayo for the fries). The restaurant is beautiful. There is a rooftop (but it is tiny) where cocktails from the menu are only served to the clients of the spa. The pool is not accessible unless you pay the extra charge for the spa (which was really disappointing because we were not aware of this when we booked). So, you do not see the pool from the rooftop. There is a playroom for young children and a ping pong table that you can use while you wait for your room to be ready. Our 7 year old kids appreciated it for a short while, put the costumes on but got bored quickly. We did appreciate having it while waiting for our room. The family room on the 3rd floor felt small and dark, did not have a view, and I don’t remember closets for clothes. There were very little amenities in the room ( a desk, Rituals cosmetics). Unfortunately we noticed that the bathroom had a bad smell after a few hours. The room was Ok and comfortable for a one night stay. It felt very pricey though. We could leave our luggage in the storage room while waiting for our room.

The Rom air conditioning was pretty terrible. It did not work at all the first night event though I asked twice to get fixed. It was fixed on the second day, but it is merely a ventilation system and not really an sig condition. The room was still very hot and difficult to sleep in

We felt very comfortable during our week-long stay. The room was small but comfortable. Very quiet, you don't hear anything from outside or the other guests. We particularly liked the breakfast. The selection was excellent and there was something for everyone. From gluten-free and lactose-free to vegetarian and traditional cold cuts. I absolutely recommend it.

First visit to Stockholm and loved it! Hotel got great vibe, staff excellent all around the hotel especially our lovely barman 6th-11th July. Breakfast choice amazing - will definitely return - best hotel we’ve ever stayed at!

Location and staff reception was very good in general Sweden is a very safe country and highly recommend to be visited as well as Norway

The hotel was in a perfect central location of Stockholm making most activities/attractions within walking distance. The hotel was very clean and the staff were very pleasant. The roof top bar was an added bonus. I cannot fault this hotel in any way.

Staff was always helpful and friendly. Room was dirty(floor and carpets were not cleaned), pillows were left on the floor on one of the days, dirty mugs were left and not replaced.

The buffet for breakfast was amazing

Every time we stay at the Sign it is fantastic! Feels so comfortable but plenty posh. Food is great but the staff is even better. Conveniently next to central rail but also easily walkable.

Room 703 facing the park is simply fantastic! If I'm ever in Stockholm, I'll be staying here again!

Great stay, clean room, amazing breakfast spread (disorienting how big it was!). Great staff, great ambience. The shower was a bit weird (but that's probably just me). One disappointment was the window view was at a garden at the room level (floor 3). Would have been nice to have a view of the outside instead.

Lovely staff. Very small rooms. Impossible to pump shampoo out of the bottles… they didn’t provide shower gel only 2 shampoo for some reason. Small rooftop pool you have to pay to use. Great breakfast but if you leave your table to go and get something they will take your food away especially if it’s close to closing time. I wish they were more flexible about the closing time— it felt like I was being thrown out promptly!

Bar is too small for the amount of rooms they have. Often no place to have a drink. Furthermore the hotel is fine and location is good but very hugh. The pillows are terrible, sleeping on a napkin is more comfortable

The hotel needs to improve. The staff need to check furniture in the rooms for operation. The towels were in condition of rags. It’s a shame for cleaning staff to put them in the rooms. Breakfast was just OK. The front desk Albin was excellent!!!
