Need to take better care of the property. Freezer in small refrigerator in room didn’t work.

Sheets and bedspread were stained. Staff immediately changed both with new.

Customer service was great. Check-in was fast. Room didn’t smell great and didn’t have an option for cracking a window.

Supercomfortable bed, amazing staff, nice small pool, good place to stay for couple niight

Only good thing was bed was comfortable. Room decor straight out of the 60’s, showing all the signs of needing an update. Room was on ground floor with parking right at door but room didn’t even have a security chain on entry door. Had a pool but not an umbrella or tree to give you some shade. On exit from parking lot you had to maneuver through a very large sink hole. When we had an inquiry had to travel a few blocks away to the TravelLodge as no one in the office. Would not recommend.

Nice place close to everything

This propriety is old, but we enjoyed our stay. Did not spend a lot of time in the room. We also enjoyed pool.

Amazing

the hotel looks much nicer in photos. Our room was run down, stains on walls, bathroom was beyond TINY and outdated. A positive was the staff was super nice. the pool was really small which you can’t tell by the photos. I didn’t go in but it looked clean. It was a lower price then most so if budget is your only deciding factor ok, just leave your expectations low.

The staff were very helpful. It is an older facility but clean and a comfortable bed. Didn’t use the pool but it was sparkling. The location has restaurants nearby for breakfast/lunch . Parking was available but the overflow area was not well lit at night. The adjacent lot is for sale but currently overgrown and not appealing to the eye.

I’ve stayed here a few times. It’s not fancy, but it’s clean, comfortable, convenient and the staff is very friendly. It’s a good value for The Cape

The room was....okay, for a short stay. Things that could be improved: there were quite a few mosquitos and gnats (around the sink) in the room, lots of cosmetic things like holes in the wall and a bathroom door in desperate need of paint, the water pressure was low, and there were some faint stains on the towels and the duvet(!), the room curtain is showing signs of wear and should be replaced, a couple of lightbulbs were out, more hooks in the bathroom would be nice, tv reception was a bit blurry, and the hair dryer needs a lint cleaning...ti name a few. On the plus side: it was a pretty large room, the desk and office chair are a nice touch if you need that kind of thing, and there was a small table with 2 chairs and another arm chair so sitting without having to hang off the edge of the bed is great, the carpet and the flooring in the bathroom look newer, and the bed was fairly comfortable. Staff was friendly and the pool looked nice although we didn't use it.

The Guestlodge was a confortable and clean location. The room was a basic king room, but had kots of soace, the bed was very comfy. We would stay here again.

The room was clean and comfortable. Limited channels on TV, but TV wasn't the reason I was there. Looked like a lot of guests were enjoying the pool. I would book there again.

Found the Guestlodge through Expedia to escape heat wave in Boston. What a wonderful surprise I discovered in the cleanliness,quiet, desirable location and economic rate of this hidden gem. Within 3 minutes of some of the best beaches on the Cape in South Dennis. Fantastic restaurant /bar right across street with a deck with inlet views. Definitely coming back for another stay in the Autumn. Terrific staff, found left behind item and went out of their way to insure its quick return.

I read a lot of reviews of hotel/motel options around here and settled on Guest Lodge because of price and location. I read all reviews both positive and negative. I found the rooms (bed and bath) clean and comfortable. The front staff were very responsive when I needed extra towels and offering advice on what to do in the area. In addition, I spent some time in the pool area was very nice and well maintained. My advice to anyone staying here or any motel is to wear slippers or flip flops if you think the rugs are dirty. Highly recommend.

For the price this was a sweet motel great beds white bedspreads ensuring cleanliness and the warm pool!

Hairs in sink and tub that were not mine, run down, and couldn't change TV stations (probably just the remote)
