They were not able to run my credit card at check in, but there shouldnt have been an issue since my card had plenty of credit limit. I called the bank and they didnt even show a decline charge. The person at the front desk refused to run the card for me again, they should have tried. I would not stay at this hotel again, not the best service.

Went for 3 days. The downtown area around is awesome and hotel seems to be in a really safe and nice area

This hotel was in a good location. It is right next to a nice mall with lots of food options. It is in the center of town and has a very friendly staff. I stayed here on a cold night and there was no heat in the room, which is common for Brazil in general. I used 2 blankets and still had to wear clothes to keep warm. I would recommend staying here if your travel takes you to center.

No clean service for delicate clothes. We received a package in the hotel and it was not delivered to us, nobody has contacted us, even during checkout nobody said anything!!!!!! After we arrive in another city we remembered we should have received this parcel already and we called the hotel, they said they received 1 day before out check out, but they were waiting for us to go in the reception to get it, they didn't think it should be informed to us!!!! They charged us the freight to send it to another city in Brazil. For me, this service is unacceptable!

The best thing about this hotel is the fantastic restaurant it has where we ate at the two nights we were there. The Pizzas are to die for, very good. Another good thing about this hotel is its location, its maybe 100 feed away from a very nice shopping mall with wonderful stores and coffee shops and restaurants.

I arrived at the hotel very early in the morning following an overnight bus trip from Rio. I only wanted to drop my bag, but they were able to check me in, even though it was barely 7 a.m. That was very much appreciated. The three members of the front desk staff I dealt with during my stay spoke perfect English--a rarity in Brazil. Everyone was helpful and friendly. My room was attractive, modern, and clean. Breakfast was ample. WiFi signal was strong. The hotel is located near a major shopping center in a nice part of town, only a 25 minute walk from the bus station. Overall, a very comfortable, pleasant stay.
