Despite them claiming that they have a business center they actually do not. Front desk indicated that somebody stole a cable, but it apparently wasn't a priority for them as they still had not fixed the issue four days to later.

Was a great hotel. Staff were absolutely wonderful and very helpful! Rooms were great, breakfast was totally awesome! Walked to the rodeo, will definitely stay again!!

Do not recommend. Broken bathroom doors, other people garbage in room and AC was loud and didn’t work.

It is always hard when you read reviews. After seeing poor reviews of not friendly staff, uncleanliness of hotel and concerns on parking, happy to say I disagree with all! Hotel was very clean, staff friendly. Yes there are homeless across street at tracks and they do charge for parking (only $10, which is cheap for any city) but had no worries of safety.

Pool is tiny. Luckily we were only family using it. TV was wonky. Kept losing picture. Trick to keep it on.

Solid downtown hotel. Clean room, good breakfast, friendly staff, great location (super close to Charles Schwab Field), comfortable beds. Have absolutely no complaints whatsoever. And we’re pretty picky.

Soap trays in tub/shower fell off the wall striking my wife while in the shower. Appears to have been attached to the wall at several different times judging from all the adhesives found on the back side and on the wall corner itself.

It is tucked away off the street so you find yourself more comfortable with your area. Loved it. The only thing i wanted that i thought we would have was a hot tub. Its advertised as a jacuzzi and pool. Pool yes no jacuzzi. Everything else was excellent

Our trip was excellent. The staff at the hotel was amazing. Front gas check-in serviceman was an absolute gem. I will be staying here again when I visit Omaha. My only and one complaint was that it was listed as no charge parking but we were informed when we got there it was 10 per night. Not a deal killer and the staff waved it when I showed him our hotels.com reservation notice. But I feel that charging for parking in a parking lot seems a bit more than I should have to think about.

Arrived on the hotel received a dirty room, front desk offered to upgrade my room. This time there was a guest still inside the room. Computers were down so there was a challenge trying to get a clean unoccupied room. 4 tries in total to get what appeared to be a clean room. Was not!! Housekeeping at this hotel take shortcuts. My bed was made but had an odor of another guest. Stale cigarettes on the pillow GROSS!! I had to return to the front desk to get clean sheets.
Spoke to the manager the next day to get everything resolved and he never followed through on his promise to make things right. No refund for the disgusting room. Nor Marriott points that were promised for my inconvenience. Behind the property in the field is a camp of homeless. I would not recommend this hotel.

A decent hotel in downtown, however there isn’t any real secure parking for guests. So be sure to bring everything in when you check in.
