Never got to check in because they gave my room away and incompetent night desk person had no resolve . The manager on Monday following was no help . How they ruined my birthday .

Very clean. Friendly, but slow service at front desk. Both checking in and checking out. Could not get a printed receipt at checkout. Was told that it wound be emailed. 6 hours later now, no email, no receipt. Curtains don’t close all the way causing outside spotlights putting too much light in room at night. TV remote didn’t work.

Stayed for one night with family, and it was a very pleasant stay. Clean room, very quiet, friendly staff, and they were willing to accommodate a late checkout request. I am happy the cleaning crew even stuck to the late checkout time, and didn't wake us super early in the morning in mid-sleep (which tends to happen more often than not on late checkouts). There were several food options nearby, and it was a convenient location. Thumbs up, would stay here again in.

This is a nice hotel. I would stay here again. The bathrooms could use an update, but everything else from the lobby to hallways has been renovated. The breakfast buffet and service was excellent.

The check in was easy with helpful, welcoming staff. The property and hotel was clean, safe and pretty. Everything was comfortable feom outside seating to the furniture in the rooms.

Very nice place to stay. Newly remodeled lobby, clean. Staff were amazingly friendly and gave us ideas what to do for fun the next day. Very quiet area around the hotel that made our stay so peaceful and relaxing. And the Cincinnati Reds baseball field was the topping on the cake for the couple of days we were here.

A below average hotel; no fan in the bathroom(!), everything a little dated, and the night we arrived, we were told TVs were not working in the rooms. Asked if we could get a complimentary breakfast in the AM to offset this inconvenience, we were refused. But we were each given a bag of chips. I do not recommend.

The hotel overall is nice and is in an out of the way location. We felt like it was in a good area. The staff and check in were easy and they were accommodating to our request of a late check out. The room was nice and seemed well kept, the room overall seemed a little older. The only complaint is that the air conditioner was REALLY loud and really didn’t cool the room. It was a nice room for a one night stay

Entire staff were kind and friendly 24/7. The pool and fitness center were close to the other which was convenient and the rooms were great.

They tried to tell me I did not have a reservation. They had to find me a room. They acted like this was a total inconvenience. Staff was not nice. They wanted me to pay for a complementary breakfast so I said I would rather go to Chick-Fil-A then pay for cereal that should be free. We were never greeted by any staff. Even at the check in the manager was rude and yelled we are working on it when we were quietly standing waiting for our room. I drove 8 hours for crappy service and room.

This hotel is safe and quiet. Front desk staff should be trained on proper interactions with guest. Especially, use of the words "Thank You"

I did not like the outdated TVs, and how none of the channels correlated with the TV guide… when you want to just relax in the room and watch TV it’s impossible when you cannot get to the channels that you were looking for…

It's a nice property and good location.
Toilet paper roll in bathroom is poorly located. The temperature would not go below 72. The shower grab bar is in the wrong place. Water pressure in the shower is poor. TV: the stations are all mixed up.
