Took 30mins to check-in, no lift, no aircon in lounge, wrong aircon remote supplied at room call reception no one came to replace remote. porter very poor service, didn't arrive at checkout. Interior wall cracks. Staff - customer service very poor. Small tv in lounge. Wasted $173AUD just a rip-off

I booked three rooms - 615, 616 and 617
1. Cockroach all over rooms
2. Utensils too old and dirty
3. Beddings never changed since we stay there, towels too
4. Fans, exhaust fans, air-conditions very noisy
House keeping never done at all even I was given a different room, cockroach problem is everywhere in the hotel

It's unfortunate that I get to walk back and forth to Reception for a security deposit! Receptionists apologizing to have forgot to inform a customer during check in is unprofessional! I think it is also unacceptable to burden travellers with AC and TV remote controls, who's going to take or steal these!?

Very disappointed with Hexagon.. never ever have I stayed in a hotel that had bed bugs and I was shocked to find this at Hexagon. The cleanliness and conditions are so bad here that I will not book this hotel anymore. And to make it worst the reception and customer service team act oblivious even though they know about this from previous complaints made my guests. When I said I would complain to the Health department they said yeah go ahead.. but they won't refund me. Instead I had to accept another room for remaining 2 nights and that was equally bad. Looks like the upper management here don't care so it's no use talking to the reception and customer service team as they won't do anything in your favour. Simply pathetic.

Enjoyed our stay here close to everything and ice bar is just a few steps from our hotel, whine down after a long flight. Bbq is just across the street. Price of room is value for money and we will definitely come back here.

This place is miserable. Dirty,moulds, this place stinks, aircon does not work,paid for breakfast.
They said it’s closed. Told them that I paid.they checked and come and gave some bread and coffee. Mosquitoes in restaurants, could not even sit and have breakfast shocking, this place should not be allowed to operate.people can get sick staying at this place. Stay away from this place.

Place needs serious cleaning and maintenance. You will only get 1 towel, 1 bath mat and 1 roll of toilet paper for a 2 night stay.

Due to power outages by the cyclone, I booked the hotel as i have previously stayed here and had no issues.
1. The check in Staff was clearly incompetent. It took him over 30 mins to check the guests before me.
2. He was also rude and racist from his behaviour. There was no apology for the wait. His attitude also changed between serving the forgein guests and myself. I had arrived at 1030pm wearing just a shorts and t-shirt carrying powercables and chargers as all i needed to do was charge my devices to be able to join
3. Demanded i pay a 50fjd deposit otherwise he would not issue keys despite my booking showing the deposit amount as 30fjd which i did try to show him but unsuccessful.
4. The room given was very dirty and had blood in the cistern and mould in the bathroom. (Attached photos for evidence on trip advisor).
5. New Room spelt musty/sweaty and so I asked the night porter to supply some air freshener or moping detergent to remove the smell to which he initially replied very rudely that he can't smell anything and then later that they have no cleaning products available.
6. The hotel rooms need Maintainance esp the deluxe poolside rooms which they advertise as premium rooms. Broken power sockets. Stained walls etc.
The hotel pre covid used to be an excellent choice however it has been allowed to be rundown and the staff having no customer care skills. Whilst waiting for checkin, several calls were made to request for bath towels/toiletries.

Wasn't exactly what we expected. We checked in late. When we arrived, the room was not ready. We had wait for an extra 30minutes.
Apart from that the rooms were not as decent as we expected. Water pressure was low, pool was murky and dirty.
Staff were friendly though.

Unfortunately we found that the pictures did not reflect the condition of the room. We would rate the condition of the room 1 or 2 stars at most. It was not what we expected at all. Other than the room not looking good or clean, the staff were wonderful and very helpful.

There was a long wait during the checkin and as soon as we were escorted to our room, we found out the room was dirty. We were asked to wait outside for 10 minutes. We were 3 people , only 2 towels was in the room. 2 bottles of shampoo and conditioner available. 2 cups and 2 glasses. Upon checkin we were given remote controls of the walesi box and AC but they didn’t explain how we could operate the tv with a tv remote. We stayed over for one night and needless to say checkout was also long wait

Worse hotel I’ve ever been to, very old and run down, no airport transfer, no wifi, dirty, pool water cloudy and looks unsafe. Lasted 10 minutes and left.

There was only one person on the desk, was very slow, only one person before me and took ages. Then a man, comes around the side of the desk and the receptionist dealt with him on the side while doing the person in front of me.
Gave us a remote for the aircon, staff tried to work it, said they would come back with a new remote and didn’t come back, we were satisfied with the fan.
We had a knife for a spoon for our tea/coffee.
The next morning when going to reception to order a taxi, the receptionist was not very welcoming, basically ordered our taxi and didn’t say anything, no direction of where I should wait or what to look out for. The security was great, helpful.

I paid $356.38 USD for 2 days for an apartment with 2 rooms. I got dirty plates and cracked cups, very dirty floor, only 1 full towel for 2 people, cockroaches all about, no room service to clean up, fan switches broken, bad smell inside the apartment, water heater with dirty blackened interior so I could not even make a decent cup of tea. I was on a business trip and after business I had to buy insect killers and air fresheners to maintain mu stay. I also did not enjoy my seemingly continental breakfast where I got 2 pieces toast bread, 2 pieces pineapples, 1 banana, 2 eggs sunny side up with a small tub of butter. After the first day I did not bother to stay for breakfast the next day. It was certainly not a good experience at all for an odd $800 FJD. The only good review I can give is for the staff who returned my rings which I left in the apartment. Upon calling the reception they managed to locate and I had it collected.

The room was so poorly serviced and even the rubbish was not taken out. Hot and cold water taps were on the opposite sides so had cold showers until we complained and the fitter explained that.

We have been to this property 5 years ago - it was really great at that time! But this time we got a room that had fridge not working, tv not working, toilet light not working. We asked for another room - but the air conditioner was leaking! The tv was not working, The shower and toilet was filthy! my wife said - never again! PLEASE GET THESE BASIC THINGS FIXED - OTHERWISE YOU WILL LOSE ALL FUTURE CLIENTS - BECAUSE THEY WILL NOT RETURN! i WAS SO SORRY TO HAVE BOOKED THIS PLACE FOR US - so please listen to my advise. it is not too late to make hexagon the way it once used to be! Good luck

But the space of the room was enough.

When checked in at the hotel reception, a room was not ready yet. As a result, it took 40 minutes to check in. ☹️

The photos of rooms as seen on the screen in the lobby bore no resemblance to our ground floor room where we stayed two nights. The floor had not been cleaned well, the bathroom was very narrow with a shower that faced the door and sprayed you and the floor. A large person would not have been able to slide in beside the door into the shower. Fresh towels were hard to obtain, the bed had sheets and a tattered cotton blanket in the cupboard. The bedhead had fallen off its nail and hung crooked. All fixtures were old and not maintained.Restaurant? Better to go shopping area around the corner. BUT the staff were really nice.
