I tried reaching out to them the same day after booking, to cancel or change the dates. I was never able to make contact. Expedia even tried on their end with no successful results. For 3 weeks I kept trying, emailing and calling their corporate support, with still no results. I was surprised since it is a Holiday Inn hotel. I had to make 2 different bookings in order to accommodate my new dates. I tried requesting also an early check in, since my plane arrived early morning, and after all of the inconvenience they made me go through, they still couldn’t help me eith that either. They made me wait 5 hours in the lobby to check in. Very disappointed.

If I liked the only problem I didn't like is that the pool is in poor condition and they don't have an emergency kit my girl cut and they didn't do anything they just gave me cotton and hydrogen peroxide.

The room was beautiful the bed was magical could sleep for hours. The staff was friendly and helpful. The transportation option was the best the chofer was very patient knowledgeable and very helpful. My only complaint was the gym and the pool were not what I expected. The pool was very small and the gym only had 3 machine.

There are reparations being done at all times and it’s noisy and filthy; no healthy options for breakfast, it’s the same plain and not very tasty everyday; room smelled terrible; staff service is excellent tho.

I liked that they went to go clean the rooms everyday but the only thing is that they didn’t sweep or mop the bathroom the whole week and a half I was there not once did they do that. The air condition in our room would have a really bad smell once it was turned on. Other than that everything else was good.

Staff was friendly and room was ok but the food was terrible and the elevator malfunctions a lot. For breakfast we would get watery boiled potatoes cut in cubes, overcooked scrambled eggs, bean’s water, tasteless chilaquiles, a flour tortilla and bad coffee. Same meal everyday… At times, it felt as if we were getting a meal from a shelter for homeless people and not at hotel. On top of that, the food servers expected tips. The elevator kept on getting stocked on the third floor leaving you with no option but to take the stairs back and forth from the seventh floor.

The hotel is under construction So you have to enter from one side of the parking lot, there is only one elevator and it stops on each floor so it takes a lot of time to go up or down.

Definitely the breakfast was not good at all they gave the same thing every day I only ate like 3 times it really suck is being remodel during my stay the elevator suck no amenities wore working at the time I really wanted to use the pool
