Clean facility, friendly staff, comfortable room

Reservation was completely messed up hotel could not find it. Hotel.com reservation system had my name totally wrong. Hotel.com billed for room In order to get a room we had to make a new reservation at Fairfield hotel. Thus got two room charges. Morning manager realized the mess by our phone number on both reservations. Tried to cancel hotel.com charge because it wasn’t used. Time will tell whether she was successful. I won’t use Hoel.com again

It was close to the highway

I was disappointed with this location. I've stayed at many Fairfelds across different states. Our first room was changed because it didn't look as it was properly cleaned. Thre were no linens on the bed because they were in the chair. It looks as if someone started cleaning and just left. We arrived at 1 am. The second room no trash bags in trash cans and room was not cleaned the next day, and no clean towels or washcloths. This may not seem like much but when I go to Fairfield I expect a certain quality that is different from Motel 6, Super 8, Days Inn, or Ecno Lodge. So, before we left we made sure all the trash was bagged to make it easier for the housekeeper.

Had no tv due to windows issue. Couple in room next to us had no sympathy for other rooms around them. They were arguing for over 2 hours in middle of the night. Threatening verbal behavior towards each other. We had to call front desk to call local police. Nothing was solved! Left hotel very early and did not enjoy the stay.

Waited at front desk over 5 minutes for check in (there was a sign saying they’ll be back soon); not terrible I guess. The long driveway/parking lot getting in was an eyesore & difficult to find from main road. Parked & walked to front door & initially thought they were closed because all of the luggage carts were at the entrance, taking up most of it (made me think they were closed and old equipment was sitting there). Kind of a strange vibe. Hotel seemed a little humid as well. But it was clean & quiet. Breakfast options were good. Price was excellent.

Our only complaints are that the fan in the bathroom doesn’t work and when we showered it was so hot and muggy. Also, there were so many ants in the parking lot and one person in our party had several bites from ants. Other than that, it was great. We will stay here again.

Was a nice place to stay on our way to the mountains. Happy hour and free breakfast were a plus.

Very friendly staff and excellent customer service. Breakfast was good. Very clean. We just stopped over night on our trip to Florida. It was just off the interstate and easy to find.

Clean room, friendly staff

I was traveling through Georgia and needed a place to rest for one night. The hotel was clean and the room was comfortable. I had a peaceful evening.

It was clean. The staff was excellent. The breakfast was good. The lobby looks great, but the halls and rooms are a little worn. Not bad

Hotel had a musty smell on first and second floor. Possible mildew or mold. Room pictured when I booked was not room we were put in. Should be more accurate so customer knows what to expect. Property around was roped off under construction which was not revealed on site. Misleading.

We did an overnight stay here after visdWild Adventures. Breakfast was good (variety of hot and cold items for both kids and adults). For example, waffles, scrambled eggs, jumbo pan sausages, muffins, cereal, juices, milk, coffee, etc). Room, had microwave, fridge, shower had very hot water.

Mold in the shower especially the ceiling. TV volume on the remote did not work. Toilet kept running unless I jiggled the handle

The check in person was great she was very efficient.

Good stay

Stopped on road trip traveing north on i75. After 5 hours of driving straight we needed a room for the night. We chose to stop in Valdosta GA and picked the Fairfield Inn which appeared to meet our requirements. My daughter was playing basketball north of Atlanta and we just wanted a quiet night sleep. Fairfield Inn in Valdosta exceeded our expectations. We were greeted with a friendly smile at 10pm, had a nice quiet two queen room for great price. The room was very clean, the beds and pillows were so comfortable, the AC was cold and not loud, nice big TV so we were able to watch the games before we fell asleep and the shower was great with strong pressure. In the .morning we did not set an alarm as we are early risers. We went down for breakfast around 7:30 and was by far the best "hotel breakfast" included with stay. Egg and cheese on english muffins, very good coffee with non dairy oatmilk creamer, oat meal station, bacon and waffles made fresh. As we were checking out a group of 3 female staff workers were coming in to start their shift. They were laughing, smiling and greeted us with a good morning. It was such a very genuine good morning like we were welcomed and appreciated. I wish i had their names. Just gave us a very nice friendly way to start our 4 hour drive of day 2. I am a marriot bon voy member and i never use the membership really but after this stay i am definitely going to highky consider seeking out Fairfield Inns for our trips.

Very clean, very comfortable property. Amazing water pressure, tons of hot water. Staff was super friendly. Slept like a baby!

This property was great.

The hotel was older and just not what I would’ve expected for the price we had to pay. This hotel is a $70-100 hotel. Not $200+….ap for this reason we were very very disappointed.

As a frequent traveler, I value cleanliness and maintenance in accommodations. However, my recent stay left much to be desired. The issues were glaring and unfortunately overshadowed any positive aspects of the stay. Upon entering the room, it was immediately evident that cleanliness was not a priority. The carpets were noticeably dirty, with stains and grime scattered throughout. Walking barefoot was out of the question. The shower curtain was in dire need of replacement, showing signs of mold and mildew buildup. It was a discomforting sight that detracted from any sense of relaxation or cleanliness. To exacerbate matters, the presence of mold on the ceiling was unmistakable. This not only posed health concerns but also indicated a lack of regular maintenance and attention to detail. Mold is not something guests should encounter during their stay, and its presence speaks volumes about the upkeep standards of the hotel. While the location may be convenient and the staff courteous, these positives are overshadowed by the neglect evident in the room's condition. It's disappointing to see such potential marred by a lack of basic cleanliness and upkeep. In conclusion, I cannot recommend until significant improvements are made in maintaining cleanliness and addressing maintenance issues. Guests deserve a comfortable and hygienic environment during their stay, which unfortunately was not.

Not much more than a place to rest along the interstate. Room was dank, receptionists weren't really sure what was going on. There was a massive family reunion that went on all night. Hallways were filled with marijuana smoke and lots of guests were loitering around the lot. I slept for one hour and checked out at 1am before out of fear for my car in the lot.

Nice updated hotel conveniently located by I 75. The breakfast was very nice.
