The room was spacious and clean. The bed was a little too firm for my liking but that’s personal preference. Very quiet property. Matthew at the front desk when we checked in was very courteous and helpful. Pauline in the breakfast area was very sweet. Would definitely stay again.

Stayed on floor 1 which hasn’t been remodeled yet. Shower head didn’t work right and bathroom door frame is rusted. Donna is amazing as always in the morning…..

The front desk gal was super friendly and welcoming however, I was very disappointed with the cleanliness and comfortability of the hotel. I called and spoke to the hotel before I booked and was told they had renovated so I wasn’t expecting moldy showers, outdated EVERYTHING, bathroom door that wouldn’t shut, empty shampoo and body wash, scratchy hard linens and small hard pillows.

Small room but doable. Clean. Dated. Staff helpful and accommodating. Which honestly was one of the most important aspects besides cleanliness. Reasonable room & pet charges. Easy in and out from highway.

I like the consistency of Microtels. We appreciate the abily to have our dog with us. We travel often and he always goes with us. The breakfast was decent. The rooms are space enough. My only complaint, this time, is the room smelled pretty musky. I think a dog marked the a/c unit because that's where the smell was coming from.

Our stay here definitely had its pluses. In addition to our clean and comfortable room, we encountered 2 special touches: a night light in the bathroom and a cozy window seat looking out (from the third floor) to the trees prefect for reading. Equally impressive was an attendant's personal care and attention in the breakfast room.

The Hotel was good and the Personal at the front desk very nice, But I am very very disappointed about the customer service! I am trying since days to get an Invoice for my work, but I can't reach anybody to help me! I was hours and hours at Telefone to find somebody who can mail me the invoice!!!
Never had such an experience !! Never NEVER NEVER again the Microtel Inn & Suites! I am really thinking about driving 2 hours there and get my invoice and driving 2 Hours back!!!

I have stayed at multiple Microtels. By far, this was the nicest one I have stayed at, from walking into the lobby all of the wat to our room!

We rolled in late and left very early. Fortunately, they were putting breakfast out and encouraged us to take what we needed before we left. Thankful for coffee and a good nights sleep.

Stayed one night, let me check in early with no problem! Overall no complaints, the internet went out when i was trying to Netflix and chill. But came back on about 10 mins later.

Perfect for a short one night stay on the drive back to Wisconsin from Colorado. Friendly staff and the place was very clean.

We stay here whenever we are heading to Colorado. Freindly and accomidating staff, clean rooms and quiet. Only negative this trip is that our bathroom door did not shut all the way.
