The stay was ok. The toilet did not work and overflowed. We ended up cleaning up the water because no one was available to clean up the water. The phone also didn't work. Other than that it was a nice stay. Both of the young ladies who checked us in and out were very nice. We were not offered any compensation for cleaning up the over flowing toilet.😵‍💫

Nice size room. Comfortable bed. Quiet.

The rooms seemed cleaned until I killed a huge palmetto bug. Then after that a spider . Then a big red ant.. They need to spray, and I was on the second floor.

Parking is scarce but everything else was great

Not a good experience. First room we were put in the toilet didn’t flush. They were able to move us to another room. That room was not great either. The light I. The bathroom was out. We were on a time crunch so my daughter changed the bulb with the one in the nightstand lamp. The a/c didn’t work great and there was no fridge. When we were going out for the evening, we told the desk about the light and a/c. They said they would give us a new bulb when we returned. They said the a/c should work from the unit itself not the thermostat on the wall that was not working. When we got back, they had a new bulb for us and I asked if they could bring us a fridge. They said they could move us again, but that they didn’t have a fridge they could give us. They did offer to let us use the fridge in their break room since we didn’t want to move rooms yet again. We just decided we’d live without the fridge. The “new” light bulb they gave us still didn’t work and when we called down to have them bring us another one, she was rude and said well it’s 11pm…that’s why we needed it…so we could see in the room. She finally did bring a working bulb. The a/c wasn’t working great, it was loud and kept making noises like it was dying. The room next door had their TV on so loud we were all woken up by it around 3am. There was no one at the desk when we went down to see if they could do anything. Overall she place was dirty and old/rundown.

Floor in bedroom could use a good clean. The whole place needs a refresh but served our purpose to evacuate. Breakfast good. Would like Choice points for the state

2nd time staying. Room was comfortable for my disabled husband and myself.

The room was very large and spacious. They could have fit two king beds in there. Also, it was clean and nice. The front desk clerk was sweet and conversational. It was nice to be home in Tallahassee.

Overnight stay and would stay for an overnight again. However, I would not stay there for a longer period.,

It was easy to check in and out. Custodians were very nice and helpful. A little noisy and a mild musty smell but overall good stay

Well it started out great. The room looked big and wonderful. Then when I woke up I saw a bug on the bed. No big deals. Florida until I saw more bugs. Little bugs little bugs everywhere 10 cockroaches just walking across my floor. I got video. I got everything I need. I got photographs. They didn't care there. Thank God for one guy at hotels.com or I don't know what I would have done. Police probably would have got called. Do not stay here. Do not stay here hotels.com you better not do business with them. You know who I am. I sent you the pictures that you asked. Still waiting for my refund

My stay was four days and nights. Housekeeping did not clean my room once. Hotel also ran out of clean towels two of the four days. However, I did get lucky and there was a Wal-Mart a short distance away. I purchased towels and wash cloths for me and my family. I don't recommend you stay at this hotel. The property looks nice on the website but, not so much in person. I took a loss on this one.

We were amazed at the quick response from the staff about our tv wasn't working. The breakfast was awesome! The suite was comfortable a stayed cool. We will be staying with them again!

Not many places to dine near the hotel. Tattooed staff girl was a little cool, not too friendly. But not rude at all, either.

Excellent breakfast! 5 hot items and they were all HOT…which is not often the case…especially 30 minutes before its 3 1/2 hour run wrapped up! Fried eggs (first time I’ve seen this), flavorful nicely browned sausage links, moist and tasty cinnamon toast sticks, grits with cheese, and waffles….along with assorted fruit and pastries, 4-5 kinds of cereal…yogurt, oatmeal, juice that wasn’t watered down, and coffee. Very attentive hostess too. Well done! The place was clean. The beds comfy. AC worked great. Great find!

Not exceptionally clean or up to date. Not a bad area. Rather boring breakfast food. I would give a better rating if the rooms had carpet, and the mattress was comfortable.

I stayed at this hotel for one night and found it in decent condition.

Very clean hotel and friendly staff

The staff was nice! Michelle in the hospitality area! I was disappointed with the pool area as the picture made it look like an indoor pool but it is an outside pool! The water was below 0 degrees! It felt like Alaska cold water!!! We had to ask for washcloths twice because they didn’t give us enough! There was holes in the walls, damaged walls in the bathroom! They sold us on one rice but charge us a different price on my credit card! We had to go talk to someone about our hotel stay keys twice… very frustrating!
