The hotel is amazing. The front desk staff was kind of standoffish. But the property is nice.

I deserve a refund. They put me in three jankyass rooms. The first had a broken door. I haven’t even got inside and the manager had the audacity to want me to wait on maintenance in the hallway with all of my stuff. No. Move onto the second room… The electrical was so rigged that none of the lights work properly and wires were sticking out of the light switch. You flipped it and random lights were just flash. You couldn’t turn the light off. So fast forward to an hour after I got there after driving eight hours, they take us to the third room… they have a regulator on the shower so if you turn on hot water, there’s no water. I couldn’t even wash my hair. I stormed out at 5 AM demanding a refund.

Drab room. Light in bathroom did not work, Took a shower and the water, at its hottest setting was luke warm. Pictures on wall were crooked. Charged $18 for parking which is not mentioned when booking. Will not stay there ever again.

The hotel sadly was not an experience the reviews reflect don’t know if those are real experiences or old ones. However I really stayed here a the king size room with larger space for couch started with hair on the bed, No hot shower. The water only got like warm. The shower is open and doesn’t close like a locker room. The room used to be one with a shared doors and where the door was is now fitted with a tall mirror facing direct in to the bathroom. The restaurant service was terrible and food matched the service. I don’t know if this place is under new ownership, but WOOF!!!

We only stayed at the hotel for a few hours, we had an early flight. The staff was friendly, the rooms were clean, and it was very close to the airport !

No hot water to take a shower.

My husband and I stayed overnight at the Radisson Hotel Atlanta Airport. We checked in on October 22nd and checked out on October 23rd. We purchased extended parking with shuttle service to the airport returning on October 25th. When we arrived the hotel staff was very nice. The hotel lobby and sitting areas were impressive but that's where it ended. Our bathroom shower and sink had mold, the linens were advertised are luxurious and they were old and worn. The mattress was old and worn. We were awake all night because we were so uncomfortable. The pillows were almost flat. I found a long black hair in the bed that wasn't mine considering that I have blonde hair. We made it to the airport on time but when we arrived back to the airport we waited for an hour on the shuttle to pick us up. I finally called the hotel and was told that they would have someone right out. When nobody still didn't show up a nice driver from the Hilton Inn offered us a ride. As soon as we we were in his van a Radisson Shuttle showed up and we were loaded into it. The driver had no explanation or apologies as to why we had such a long wait. We are very suspicious that the driver was intoxicated. He was driving very recklessly including pulling directly out into the path of a huge bus almost causing us our lives. It was a terrible experience.

we had an early flight in the a.m. decided to book a room arrived at 10:30 at night left at 5:30 in the morning and charged us $15 for parking on top of the cost of the room didn’t think this was fair no upfront information in booking of the room. Otherwise room was clean staff was courteous.

Second time staying at this hotel. The rooms are clean. The environment is quiet. The hotel has easy access to freeways so easy to maneuver thru the city.

The staff was very friendly. Place was clean but room was oddly very large and empty…but room was comfortable. Wish the bathroom had more lighting. It was dark with only a shower light and light up mirror…

The room was clean, the facilities were modern and in excellent condition. The temperature was comfortable right from the start. The lighting was very good. There were plenty of outlets and USBs for electronics. For two people there was plenty of room and the king sized bed was very comfortable. Would highly recommend.

Store rom, topp standard

I wait more than a hour for the airport shuttle bus. During the time, every one there waiting and try to the call the front office, there was no answer first. Later some rep pick up the phone and tells us different time. I mean I wasted my 1 hour.

Great property… great last minute booking due to our delayed flight. Love that the airport shuttle runs 24 hours. Great place.

Lighting was terrible in the room and bathroom.

The breakfast was very overpriced and not good. The hotel charges you extra for parking which is silly considering the location is not in a downtown area and doesn't have a garage. There is no laundry room, you have to pay to have someone clean your clothes. The rooms are clean and spacious though.

Air conditioner didn’t work and despite calls to front desk, no one came to fix it

The staff was professional and helpful. The restaurant food was good. The hotel location was a little misleading. The property itself was well kept. My room was noisy- the bathroom vent, the air conditioning, constant water flow coming through the wall. It was okay.

The room was a dump. I’ve never stayed at a Radisson and I would not have this experience. I’m not sure if it’s on the level of a motel, but certainly below holiday inn express. The front desk was very pleasant check in process

Very convenient hotel near Atlanta airport. Shuttle runs 24/7 making it easy to make any departure time.
