I thought I booked a hotel, not a kennel. The first room we were in had dogs running in the room overhead non stop. The front desk girl graciously moved us to the top floor (which I requested initially but didn’t get). Dogs were barking in several rooms as we made our way to the top floor. All was fine during the night til 5:30 AM when a dog started barking incessantly right outside our door. So much for anymore sleep. I don’t understand why hotels don’t limit dogs to the first floor or a designated section. Guess I’ll go back to Airbnb.

We had a late night check in so when we went right into the room showered and hopped in bed, where we noticed a cockroach crawling on the wall.
We were going to check out the next day and find a new hotel. We were told by a manager that it could’ve come from another guest and they offered to switch our room. The porcelain sink in the new room was broken and hanging. The toilet bowl lid was also broken in half. It looked like someone took a sledge hammer to the bathroom.

Had a lot of hair on the bed that wasn’t mine. Especially looked like dog hair. I had my baby with me. I asked for new sheets and stuff and was expected to do it myself with a crying baby. Had to go ask for help to make the bed.
Asked for a pack and play but didn’t use it because it was so gross.

When I checked in I was given three room key cards and told they were having trouble with the cards. After 12 cards and four trips back to the front desk I was able to get in my room. Then, if they left the room or went out of my car the key card would not work again. Definitely inconvenient and time consuming after an 8 hour trip!!

They had bed bugs!!! I think that’s enough said!!
Then when asked if I could have my money back, since I had to move all 3 of my little children and baby to another room at 4:00 in the morning due to bed bugs!!! They only refunded half!! Which I think I should have received a full refund !!!

Worn down room. Things are falling apart.. a light was about to fall off the wall, gaps and cracks in the bathroom, sheets and bedding smelled musty like theyve been sitting in a dank basement. On top of that theres a constant gurgling sound. Like a bathtub draining, constantly. Im pretty tough so I soldiered through it. Ill include pictures below.

It was everything I needed. Pool was clean, clear but cold. Room was clean,and comfortable but dark (could have used better lighting). Overall would definitely go here again.

I saw 3 different rooms and settled on the least offensive due to being later in the night and I was with my kids. The first room smelled disgusting and was dirty. The second room was dirty and the A/C unit was not working. The final room was a little less dirty but the floors still turned my kids feet black. The tub would not drain water so I was given the key to another room just to take a shower. One positive is that the staff was very nice.

The countertop in the bathroom had two large cracks in it. The toilet lid was cracked as well. Reported the damage and switched rooms. This room should not of been available until the repairs were done.

The premises are in good condition. Overall very comfortable. Our room had a stinch like old tennis shoes. Other than that is was a nice stay.

Lady working the front desk was super rude. Seemed to be upset to have to check me in. After I told her there was no reason to be rude she did change her attitude a little. But then was the same when my friends checked in. Just seemed put out to do her job. Also, we were missing a light bulb in the big floor lamp. I did not say anything because we were going to bed and leaving the next day. Breakfast was decent and beds were comfortable. Wouldn’t stay here again though.

Was in town overnight and the accommodations were great. Clean, nice bed, and good morning breakfast options. The free parking for travelers is a major bonus!

The hotel and most of the staff were great. The one 2nd shift desk clerk was very rude of two different occasions but other than that we enjoyed our stay. The pool is amazing. The breakfast & staff were great. And the cleaning staff were very attentive. The location is also very convenient to the interstate.
