One of the highlights of my stay was the seamless car rental experience. The process of returning the car couldn't have been easier or more convenient. The car rental return location is just a quick 4-minute drive from the hotel, making it incredibly convenient for guests. This proximity allowed me to avoid the usual stress and hassle of returning a rental car, especially after a long journey.

I booked a 1 bedroom suite but was put in a king suite. The hotel was EXTREMELY CROWDED! The hotel was like a club people was drinking, smoking, playing music and taking pictures all in front of the hotel at one point they were playing football in the parking lot. I've never seen anything like this before at any hotel.

I had a fabulous stay at Homewood Suites! The staff were all wonderful to me, from the front desk staff to the bartender to the cleaning crew. The room was very comfortable. It was nice to be able to make my own breakfast in the room, or just chill on my couch with a good book. I really enjoyed my stay and would definitely choose Homewood Suites again!! Thank you so much for taking good care of me!!

The property was very nice but the staff was spectacular. We are a family of 5 and our transfer flight was cancelled. We had to find a hotel last minute and when we arrived Jasmine checked us in. She was so kind and understanding and created a really comfortable environment that turned our not so great situation into a happy end of the day. The hotel has been consistently lowering water pressure over the years. Showers are an important part of travel so it sucks when hotels make effort to make that less pleasant with each visit. The water pressure in the shower is now little more than a trickle.

My family stayed here for one night prior to our cruise. The hotel was beautiful and clean. Our room exceeded our expectations. We had plenty of room for our family of 6. Staff was very friendly. It was close to the cruise port, would stay here again .

The property is very nice to look at. The lobby area/bar is very nice. The bartender was very helpful and accommodating. BUT when we arrived we were told they had given our suite away. We called in advance to say we were delayed due to traffic. They said no worries, we have plenty of suites. We arrived at 8pm, with 4 adults and 2 kids, 7 and 4. They gave us connecting rooms but only 3 beds. And our cost was not adjusted. Very, very frustrating.
