Easy check in. Convenient to BWI and Baltimore. My daughter left something of value in the room. They took the effort to locate it and send it to her!! Amazing thoughtfulness and service.

The staff (particularly Cheryl) were amazing! Hotel was comfortable, but in need of updating. There are enough shopping and dining options (Dennys on property) to make do. It is close to BWI airport.

This was a one night stay to catch an early flight. Room was basic and clean but smelled a little funny. Hotel employees were friendly and helpful.

The front desk staff was very pleasant and welcoming. Bed was firmer than I am used to. The faucet in the bathroom was loose. The refrigerator in the bedroom was extraordinarily loud when it cycled on and off. I booked here because it was advertised as having an EV charging station. There were two Tesla plugs and one standard CCS. I needed the CCS and it was blacked all night by another EV.

Price is good value and breakfast is very good. a/c was too noisy. room was not as clean as in past stay. Surly front desk clerk during check in as there was a missing detail on reservation....gym did not have earbuds, despite sign.

After being stuck in a plane for 7 hours on the ground and in an airport, i finally made it to Baltimore late at night. I booked this hotel and hoped for the best. IT DID NOT DISAPPOINT! From my shuttle driver to the front desk to just everything. They even gave us all the personal items u could ask for. Absolutely the best!!

Check in was Wonderful! Breakfast always great. Only complaint was a next door guess yelling at what appeared to be his girlfriend. Very..very..loud but reported to hotel and even though management said she investigated the noise did not stop until I addressed the young man myself. For the 1st time in this hotel...me and my family did not feel safe due to another guess. Unfortunately...you can't control guests but other than that the hotel was great.

Staff was superb! Very friendly and helpful. They have great shuttle service. The breakfast was good and location met our needs. My daughter and I experienced a terrible taxicab driver pick up from Amtrak station and he abandoned us at the wrong holiday inn after twice giving him the address. The wonderful manager at the wrong holiday inn coordinated her shuttle team to transport my daughter and I to the correct holiday inn location. So grateful to her❤️.

Very conscientious for a cancelled flight, shuttle was great to have. The room was nice, except the remote control had what looked like bbq sauce on it…kind of gross, but the rest of room was very clean. The breakfast was very good, the young man working the breakfast area was very nice.

The people that worked there were extremely hospitable. We loved the shuttle bus that took us to where we wanted to go and it also picked us up and brought us back to the hotel. The swimming pool was also great along with the free breakfast daily. It was a great stay.

We’re in major car accident and when we checked in, we had nothing no toiletries nothing so I am very grateful and thankful that you guys supplied us with toothpaste and you know everything that we need and that following morning a very lovely and Hardy breakfast so thank you.

Staff are very nice and greeting,especially Mr. Justice. He heard that my flight got delayed to next night and I had to work from hotel next day, he extended my stay from 11am to 1 pm. Really appreciate that. Shuttle to airport is a plus. Nice breakfast and very clean first floor. But elevators and furnitures are kind of old. Overall, it is a good place to stay.

Some random people knock on our door in the middle of night. House keeper knock on our door around 9 am next day trying to get their job done. Breakfast is very average and staff was not willing to refill the pancake machine shortly after 9 am but breakfast should be available until 10 am during weekend. He finally refilled it per our firm request.
