The heat did not work properly in my room and the lights are way too dim. I also was there in late October and experience the same thing with the lights.

The room was a good, however you could hear the people above you walk around. We stayed in a suite that had a bedroom and living room, thinking is would be a fantastic experience.....it was not becuase of the noise.
The people above us were up running and walking around their room until 1:45am. Then, at 2am there was SUPER LOUD vehicle who sat in the parking lot with their music on BLARING for over a minute or two. When I say blaring....I mean it was as if the sub-wolfers were in my second floor room! I was so pissed that it woke me up I couldn't fall abck to sleep for a little while.
We checked in with 3 people, yet only had 2 towels in the room to take showers with in the morning. One last annoying thing was there was only one remote for the two tv's. If you wanted to change channels you had to get up and go in the other room to borrow the remote from the other person.
When I checked out, i told them about my concerns and the lady just said, "Yeah, someone else said something about that. Sorry. Have a good day."

We stayed for one night only. Checked in at 3 pm and room was ready. They provided warm chocolate chip cookies at check in. The rom was a comfortable and convenient to eating establishments. They offered food at an extra rate. Breakfast was an extra charge not included. They had a bartender available in the evening. We checked out around 10 am. The room had a refrigerator and microwave in the room. The shower was good and there was warm water with good water pressure. Toiletries were available in the room. All in all a very nice property.

This was not how I remembered Double Tree. I expected an upscale hotel. It was just an average quick overnight hotel. That is fine but now I know what to expect. Double Tree is just like another roadside stop to get some rest.

There is no towel holders in proper places in the restroom. The hand towels were at the very top of a small shelf in the restroo. Very inconvinient if I would to say.the AC geta block off by the curtains which makes no sense why there that long.

The main reason I chose this hotel was for the airport shuttle. Our flight is scheduled to leave at 6 am and we found out when we checked in ithat the shuttle doesn’t’ start until 6 am. There is no reference of time on the hotel description. We would have stayed somewhere else if we would have known that.
