Great location

I spent one (1) night (Aug 26), but i have been charged three (3) time to an extend the bank blocked the card for suspicion of illegal transactions. Why would the hotel charge three times? This is stealing!

We paid extra for a deluxe room and the room was far from deluxe so I dread to think what we’d have got if we hadn’t paid the extra! My advice would be to stay at the other Fairfield on 36th as that is a million times better!

If you are taking the bus to get to New York, this is very convenient because this is very close to the Port Authority Terminal.

Great place to stay at the heart of Manhattan.

I liked everything ..the room was exactly how it shows in the picture ,spacious considering the average room in New York. Apart from the fact that we had a fridge in the room ( not offered in other hotels )where we could keep our bottles of water cool and a safe that many hotels no longer offer. Friendly and helpful staff, they gave us the keys to the room upon our arrival, that is, 2 hours before check-in time. The fridge in the room was not working, I notified the reception and just the time to go up to the room, the technician knocked on our door to put it to use. The breakfast was really abundant and something that I have never seen in any hotel was that the ladies in charge of the room (very kind and always smiling too) also provided us with take out containers to take out any food we wanted. At the entrance to the hotel there was always a dispenser with cold water, plain or with lemon, truly a panacea immediately upon returning to the hotel given the heat. The location is just a street away from Times Square and Broadway ... Subway stations also very close.. The bus terminal station is just in front of the hotel , across the street .The parking provided by the Hotel was a couple of streets away , if you wish they offer valet parking and was not expensive at all .. we paid $80 for 2 nights . I hope I didn't forget anything .. I will definitely go back to this hotel and surely will recommend to anyone

Place was in good distance from the subway for transportation with just a short walk.

The hotel was clean, ina great location and the staff were amazing! They went above and beyond for us.

I loved everything about this hotel, except for the location. It was in a pretty seedy area and the sidewalks were very dirty. I find most of Manhattan to be amazingly clean. The hotel staff was pleasant and the room was bigger than we usually get. The bed was comfortable and housekeeping does a nice job. Overall, a good value for the money, especially since it includes breakfast.

Close to times square and hudson

I stayed at this hotel for 1 night and it was perfectly located from times square. Breakfast was ok and room size was little small but no complains as do not expect more in NYC. One thing that really stand out for me was the staff very nice , behaved and friendly 5/5 for them. would like to call out Ciara at front desk for her exceptional hospitality.

The room was much smaller than expected. There was no room to get from one side or the other and hardly any storage space. The elevator took a very long time, especially since one was broken. It sometimes took 10 minutes or longer to arrive, so we took the stairs instead. The location was very convenient, however.

The property was nice and clean very friendly staff.

Staff working the breakfast were great. Extremely friendly and helpful. One of the elevators was out of service for days. Waited forever for the elevator to get to the 10th floor. Wife and I walked down several times after waiting for so long. Outside of hotel didn't feel so safe. We didn't have any issues but didn't feel comfortable.

Great location right next to a major bus station which has all your transportation subway bus. A short walk to go anywhere. Clean and a helpful staff. The breakfast was delicious and helped us jumpstart our day.

Breakfast was good- cold cereal, oatmeal, eggs, sausage, make your own waffles, coffee, juices, English muffin/bagels. One elevator broke while we were there and one toilet plugged- but when we called, the toilet situation was fixed in less than 10 min. Staff was great, friendly with a can do, and will do attitude. Able to store luggage before checkin and after checkout, which was huge in NYC. It was rainy during our stay, and port authority station was right across the street and could enter and walk to several trains very easily and still stay dry.

Property was a hidden gem Great customer service A shout out to Front office Luis Reyes he went way out of his way to help me and was pleasant and professional the whole time.Room was small tidy and clean AC didn’t shut off or chain I had to unplug it got too cold I will go there again and recommend it to any good location too

This is a convenient hotel to stay around Times Square

The hotel was clean and the decor was nice. The staff was very friendly. The elevator was a little slow. There were 3 but only one was used at a time. The area out side was dark and full of garbage bags. The breakfast was really good, although a third waffle maker would be helpful.

This hotel has very nice staffs. It close to subway, only two blocks away from Times Square, a lot of restaurants near by.

I didn't like that we had to park a few blocks from hotel..and it wasn't Free.. there was additional cost for parking

The hotel was great! The breakfast was excellent and the rooms were great! The staff were friendly and helpful. The only negative is the block the hotel is on is a bit sketchy. That said, it’s a close walk to everything and in proximity to many attractions.

Staff were great and did an awesome job! Keep up the good work Marik! Breakfast crew were entertaining and efficient! Kudos gals! Variety of brekky could do more work but layout worked even if it was tight space. Glass door in the bathroom needs work, water can’t be kept in. Had to wiped own the floor after use.

This property was close to everything, it was the perfect pick for our first time in NYC. The breakfast was great, always fresh and they even gave you paper bags to take extra to your room if needed. Staff was more than accommodating and even letting us check in early. It was extremely clean and they were very accommodating when I needed towels, extra coffee etc. close to all transportation and walking distance to time square. I would definitely stay here again.!
