Good stay. Clean rooms and good services

Nice place to stop. Big, spacious room with a large refrigerator and microwave. Poor signage made it difficult to find in the dark. Friendly staff.

The only thing was that our room smelled like old mop water. I asked for some room spray & was told they didn’t have any. Other than that, our room was fine

It was a comfortable stay. The only problem, and it’s a big one, we’re the two cockroaches in the bathroom. One alive that I killed and one that was dying.

First room assigned was labeled ‘No Smoking’ and someone had obviously not followed that. Second room was fine but had no coffee maker in which to use the provided grounds. Only one bar of soap, the size of a quarter was provided. Of note, every staff member was friendly and sought to accommodate.

Thought I would save money vs neighboring hotel but after looking at the condition of the lobby, elevator and my room I would never consider staying at that hotel again. Attendant was cordial, it was just the status and cleanliness of the hotel that was very unsatisfactory.

Our bathroom door did not close due to missing hardware. This wouldn't have really been an issue had it just been my wife and I travelling alone. However, we had her mother with us, which made it a challenge we shouldn't have had to deal with. When I asked the front desk attendant about it, she said they have the parts on "back-order." I can tolerate a lot, but having your bathroom door properly close all the way is a must-have. If you truly have those parts on back-order, then wait until you receive them before you put customers in the room.

My stay at Candlewood Suites Texarkanna was not a pleasant one. The customer service was awful. NO remote for the TV and it took me 30 minutes to get into my room due to a default room key. I asked the guy who was on duty his attitude was so awful he didn't want to assist me. I made up my mind will not do business the Candlewood in the future. Poor service

Toilet not bolted down to the floor in the bathroom. Alternate room was provided, but the bathroom door did not fit the doorframe, and so the bathroom door could not close. Very poor maintenance, and apparently no room inspection prior to assigning to a guest. Do not recommend this Hotel to anyone!

Everything was great. Did have difficulty getting ahold of the front desk. All the phone said was that it was being transferred to the operator. Was on hold for a total of 30 minutes after 3 calls. Never did get a response until I walked to the front desk and offered my request in person. Other than that everything was really good.

Run down facilty. Slow elevator. The staff that checked me in looked like a gang banger. But the cleaning staff ladies were very nice and got me some ice.

The property was hard to get to once you found it. It was fine. It was old, but take care of some things didn’t work. Lights didn’t work minor discrepancies. The host was fine, but some of the assistant attendance were very nonchalant. It overall was excellent in someways, but in other ways, the room itself was fine. The room itself is fine but Like I said, I give it a plus somewhere in there

Really enjoyed the trip, good service nice room. Really liked the kitchen inside the room with dishwasher and all cooking and eating utensils needed, large fridge.
