The hotel was extremely clean and comfortable. However, there was no hot water!!!! Cold showers are not fun.

I chose this hotel for reasonable price with a pool. My grandkids were visiting with their mom and wanted to swim with Pawpaw. They shivered through it but Pawpaw couldn’t. Disappointing and when I made a comment about it, response was kind but made no sense. Yes, it has not heated up yet. Hmmm? It’s a heated pool in the winter, indoors, the weekend after Thanksgiving. I unfortunately have run into this on various trips with different brands. So, I now call and check. “Hey, just checking, will want to swim with my Grandkids. Is the oool functional and open”. They said in this case at the local front desk, where again, very pleasant and kind , “Oh yes, hours are 7 am-11 pm. So I guess I will only stay if I have a friend in the area who can go by and dip a hand in the water….? Just sayin….

The hotel was extremely clean and the service was top-notch! The only concern I had was the room was super cold, and I could not adjust the temperature. I tried to adjust the unit by the window and it directed me to change the temperature on the wall thermostat. I turned the thermostat to off, but the room remained cold all night long! There was not any additional blankets or coverings for the bed, so I did not sleep well because I was cold all night.

The rooms and decorations were simple. Everything was clean and in good repair. The breakfast was excellent.

The staff is excellent at this property. Every single employee that I saw greeted me. The staff at the front desk all went above and beyond to educate me about the area and the facility. The cleaning staff made sure to ask me if I needed anything every time I passed them in the hall. The restaurant staff always had the buffet full and fresh coffee made and always had smiles on their faces!

It was very pleasant but we were exhausted from moving and our neighbors were in and out and extremely noisy. Especially the way the door slammed every time.

Only issue was inability to charge credit cards due to Crowdstrike error multiple days after issue occurred. Service was friendly, room comfortable and quiet. Convenient location next to a Walmart and the highway exit. Might be a better stop if you're headed north instead of south because traffic into Little Rock in the morning is quite busy, though still not stop and go.

I stayed at a nearby hotel the day before and the mattress was terrible. Fairfield Inn has fantastic mattress/bedding and everything about this day was very enjoyable. Highly recommended.

The staff.... everyone...was OUTSTANDING!!! My cat, OG, and I were very welcomed. We both slept with the comfort of knowing we were safe, comfortable and well cared for. Please acknowledge the staff that were working from 3pm July 16th to 10:30am July 17th. They were wonderful!!

The room arrangement is great! Small living room off of the bedroom. Was perfect for company. Sofa (bed) comfortable chair and an extra chair with desk.
