Staff was great. When I told them the blow dryer in our room didn't work, they replaced it with a brand new one, right away. Price was good, room was clean, bed was comfortable.

- The staff were very friendly & always said good morning etc. - The rooms were very clean & the beds were nice & comfortable. - I had no problem getting my cash deposit back. They were very helpful & cordial. - Breakfast was good! There wasn't any breakfast sausage though & that's my favorite! Just kidding, but yes, the breakfast was good. The pancake maker made some pretty darn good pancakes! - They had a Fitness Room which is nice because I enjoy using those types of facilities when I'm traveling.

Honestly, everything was good. Literally the only thing was my room was missing an ice bucket, & that's such a small nitpick I don't even count it against the hotel. Clearly just a small mistake anyone could make, & when I asked for one they politely obliged with no problem.

The building was hot. Our AC had to be worked on. The floor was soaked, and my husband fell. We were each given one towel. The room was not clean. The carpet was dirty. There was hair in the bed. The bedspread was dirty. We had to ask for the room to be cleaned.

I requested to get a refund or a waived price on the charge of one room because the images online were completely dishonest. The manager never spoke with me because they were never located. I gave the manager my number still haven't been contacted regarding a stay I never used due to the horrible conditions. I disliked everything about the location. The images online were very misleading. They gave the perception of a hotel but once at the location it was actually a motel. Told I was charged $84 I was charged $95.
