Just a 1 day stay. The ladies at the desk was super nice last night. We had a good breakfast.

Very dated hotel and it shows. From the carpet to the walls to the elevator it needs a facelift. Friendly staff. Breakfast was very minimal, coffee was decent though.
Once the room above us was occupied, the ceiling in our bathroom was leaking when they ran the shower. I would not recommend staying here.

Nice place to stay and clean. The only thing is that the bed was hard and no orange juice.

The lady that checked us in was amazing and sweet . But once we got to our room it was so over powering with pine sol that I ended up have a lot of breathing issues . We tried everything to get it out of the room. I didn’t sleep well at all and cough all night due to the strong smell. Once the smell subsided it reared of sour mildew smell so idk if that’s what they trying cover up but it was bad.

Numerous carpet snags, molding on walls and furniture loose and sagging, door strip at bottom loose and flapping, counter top in bathroom pulling away from the wall and hard beds. Only chair in room was an office chair with multiple food stains on the seat. These issues are industry wide in hospitality. Incompetent help and management that has given up.

The hotel looks good from the street, but it’s a bit rundown and dated on the inside.
The breakfast selection was limited, and they ran out of several items before the service time ended. When I asked if items could be replenished, I just got a rude “no”as a response.

Hallways and rooms were definitely dated. Wear and tear on carpet and rooms could use a facelift. Breakfast in the morning was very good along with the coffee.

Very nice staff, very helpful. My husband got sick while we were there and we had to stay another night. The staff was so caring offering their help if we needed it even discounting the room for another night. Breakfast was really good. Spotless clean rooms. We would not hesitate to stay again.

I liked that the bathtub was low so it was easy to get in and out. The tub had one grab bar near the faucet. I suggest a other one be at the other end or in the middle for safety. Also some grops on tub floor would be beneficial.

The rooms were huge everyone was nice but it said buffet breakfast I wouldn’t call that a buffet my granddaughter found a bug in her bed the next morning then we came out to parking lot next morning and there was broken glass all over lot didn’t notice it right off went out for Starbucks came back to get rest of family to finish heading home and when I got back to the car from gathering everybody and loading the vehicle, my tire was low so that was very frustrating how to go to the tire shop thank God there was a tire shop right down the street that was open on a Sunday

Overall this is a fine stay for the price, However was disappointed with the pool being out of service since the primary reason this venue was selected was to have pool time with my grandchildren, also disappointed that hot tub showing in the pictures on the website had been taken out.
The hall light fixture near my room was dusty and cobwebs all over it. The room however was clean, linens and bed were comfortable. Breakfast in the morning was above average for standard breakfast.

The pool was terrible. It was cloudy - you could barely see your feet in the 3 foot section, and it had hair and other debris in it. The staff was apologetic but could only say that they would let the pool cleaning company know. The only reason we booked them was because they had a pool.

The halls and elevator were filthy and smelled bad. There were two cigarette burns in the carpet in the room. Mind you it’s a nonsmoking hotel.The duvets were old and needing replaced. The outside of the hotel looked great, so you can imagine my disappointment going in. In a positive note the staff was kind. I will definitely book somewhere else next time.

Desk staff was very professional and super friendly. Room was ok, but could have been cleaner. Stairwell was extremely dirty and smelled terrible. The hotel could use some updating.
Breakfast was not great. Most days there was nothing available after the first hour and you would have to wait at least 30 minutes for them to replenish. Breakfast area was not very sanitary.
