The room was nice. It smelled like feet though mixed with cleaner. Staff was friendly. Have issues being charged twice for deposit. Currently working to resolve that.

Room was good. Beds comfortable. The bathtub had some kind of grit on the bottom which I’m sure was there to be anti-slip, but it felt like I was standing on dirt.
Continental breakfast was a JOKE! We arrived at 8:00 am. No pancakes. No yogurt. No bananas. Potatoes were undercooked. Bagels were so stale and hard they were inedible. White bread was hard. We left and went somewhere else to eat. Very disappointing.

Do not believe the review rating. Very outdated, front desk girl was either very new or just didn’t really care. Put 2 of 3 rooms on 2nd Fl and 3rd room on 3rd floor when requested to be together. Asked if we could be together, head shake no, nothing verbal. 3rd floor upon exiting elevator reeked of cigarette smoke. Room smelled just as bad. Then go into bathroom and there’s peeled up wallpaper with about 2 feet of fuzzy mold. Housekeeping doesn’t see this is my question. Go back to desk to request room change, tell desk about mold, she asks did you leave the room clean? HUH ?!? What part of 2 feet of mold didn’t you hear?. Get room change to literally next door to our party, that couldn’t have happened 5 minutes earlier. New room, smelled of marijuana. Went to store to buy spray because it wasn’t getting better. Breakfast in the morning had long waits for food to be replenished, it was just ok. Only bright side was bed and pillows were comfortable but seemed brand new. Stinky carpets need to go. Definitely not an excellent rating by any means.

We were a family with 3 rooms for the 2 nights to attend a family wedding. I asked for rooms on same floor and close together which they did accommodate. We arrived in a Wednesday night and checked out on Saturday. My only complaint would be the breakfast on Friday was very subpar!! The breakfast on Saturday was what we have experienced in the past, so not sure what the issue was but we were not at all satisfied with it on Friday!

Everything was fine, but the pull out sofa had dog hair in it and should have been cleaned. The room also had a pet odor when arrived. It went away once we ran the A/C.

The blind motor did not work and we had to sleep with the blind open. However, they offered us to change rooms, but as we were settled and it was late, we refused. As this was a known situation, they should not have rented this room.

We arrived late around 10 PM and just wanted to go to bed but the key card they provided would not work in our room. We tried 3 keys until they finally had to give us a new room. We had to downgrade from a king bed to 2 queens.

Checked in late- by myself and the front desk attendant completed my check in and announced to everyone standing in the lobby what room she put me in. When I told her I wanted another room she said that is how they were trained. The women behind me snickered and I said “do you want my room” and the attendant told me to not be rude. Room was dirty- food in the sitting chair. Drain was out of tub. No laundry bag. Horrible experience.

When I checked in, the gentleman told me that I may hear some noise bc my room was right by the breakfast area. Well, I didn't expect around 4:30am ish to sound like they were pounding on the wall and coming in my room. Do NOT stay in room 107. They need to use this room for storage not for guests. Also, on the bathroom floor there was other people's hair. They just need to make sure things are a little more tidy. Then for breakfast, the pancake machine was down. So I might would stay again but NOT in room 107!!!!!!!

The breakfast was A . The lady who set it up was very friendly. I also enjoyed the room size and water pressure. Only thing I didn’t like, and there is only so much the night guy at the front desk could do, and that is loud noisy children that should never have been put on the 3rd floor. I wish there were stores nearby, but the pool was nice and had a hot tub.

Clean room, friendly front desk staff and the kitchen staff lady who handles breakfast is friendly. However, the awesome looking hot breakfast offers scrambled eggs or veggie omelette however, they both had cheese in them! I was disappointed when I realized that I couldn’t eat either one because of the cheese. I suggested that the hotel really needs to offer at least one of the two without cheese (many travelers are either vegan or lactose intolerant). Again, big disappointment.
Also, the doors to each room are ridiculously heavy. I felt like an NFL linebacker every time I went inside my room. And because of this heavy weight, all guest room doors slammed loudly all day and night…very noisy.
Otherwise, a clean environment with all amenities needed.
