Les Rideaux n’étaient pas installés, donc il s’agissait d’une installation temporaire et ils ne faisaient que tomber.

Right off of 81. Front desk was so kind and gave great recommendations for dinner and activities during our short stay.
Pool was closed and that was not something I saw when booking. Also I would not book through booking.com especially with Hilton because price is better through Hilton and we probably would have received an alert about the pool. Kids were really looking forward to that after six hour drive. Construction was going on which wasn’t too bad. We didn’t hear that at all. Window curtains weren’t hung but they did cover windows for us best as they could. Outdoor lights were really bright because we were over the entrance. Loud, heard everything above and below us but could be because we were over the entrance. Breakfast was great. Kids enjoyed.

I booked a two queen bed room and the beds were not queen size. Need to adjust water setting the water in sink gets extremely hot. For how much you pay a night I would expect more. very limited channels on TV and you can’t cast or stream so smart tvs recommend! The elevators seem to be not working properly, I did not feel safe so we took the stairs.

Our room was next to the sprinkler system pressure pump. We were awaken at 1am by a loud sound and strong vibrations which lasted for about 15 min. Reception desk explained system turns on to restore pressure when needed but it ruined our sleep night. Took us a few hours to get back to sleep. Hotel was not fully booked, don t understand why they gave us that room. The reception attendant offered a minimal discount when we checked out. We asked that a manager call us, no one ever called.

the elevator wasn’t properly maintained, we were in #1 and it was stuck between floor 2/3 and would not go either up or down.
it finally unstuck itself and then proceeded to 3. It was the scariest experience!

Comfortable room - I slept better than any other night of my travels or at home! The heating system is quiet, no fan coming on to wake us up constantly, but nice and warm. The shower was great, everything was clean, the breakfast was great and the staff was friendly and so helpful. I'd definitely stay here again!

very convenient to I-81 in the road to Tech, spacious size room, nice bed and bedding, great shower with plenty of hot water and water pressure. good breakfast ! we will come here again.

The room smelled like dirty gym clothes, there was a pungent odor and nothing “could have been done” about it.
