Greeted upon arrival, swift check-in, clean rooms!

The curtains weren't ironed in the room, the room wasn't cleaned on Thursday morning because the person said she didn't speak English when I left the room so she couldn't clean it or provide fresh towels. The phone was not working in the room, the pool was closed. The next day ants were in the room due to the rain, I was relocated to another room. Only 1 elevator was working...The lobby is BEAUTIFUL but the rooms are in need of major repair.

The staff was friendly and helpful, and my room was nice looking. The room smelled a little like body odor and air freshener, the fitness room also had a strange smell to it. I wanted other amenities like pool and hot tub, the website said the pool was not available but hot tub was so I booked in advance. When I arrived, both the pool AND hot tub were not available so I was a bit disappointed.

Our room was large and very comfortable. The tile work in the bathroom was pretty, but definitely could get very slick after we took a shower. The breakfast was great over the weekend, but definitely left something to be desired on our last day, which was a weekday. The elevator was downright terrifying. Only one of the two was working, and the one that was working, bounced the entire time it was going up or down. More than once as we were trying to get off, it would start bouncing again and would end tripping you. If we had not been all the way up on the top floor, I certainly would’ve taken the stairs. We also had issues with our key card to our room, it always turned green when we scanned it, but it didn’t unlock the door. Sometimes we had to try it 10 to 15 times before I would allow us into the room which was definitely annoying. Both of our keys would do this, so I’m not sure what the magical trick was to get it to work on the first time. Overall, it was a good hotel, very clean, and the staff was very friendly, we had a few issues, but nothing that would be a huge deterrent other than the elevator, which hopefully they get fixed.

We booked there for the indoor pool. Hot tub and breakfast buffet. The pool and hot tub were both out of order and they said hot tub was down for more than a year!!

Visited for the Renaissance Festival, the location was convenient, staff friendly, room clean and comfortable. Breakfast was good, eggs, sausage, biscuits and gravy as well as fruits and general cereal and such. Perfect for what we needed and great price!

The hotel was clean, not dreary looking like so many of these places, and comfortable. The check-in person was courteous and helpful. The breakfast was also much better than any I have had at other chains.

Wonderful stay. Simple check-in for sure. The room was clean and comfortable. The breakfast was excellent! Loved the location, convenient for coffee and meals. We will definitely return to this Fairfield Inn.

Was charged more than when I booked for. The pool was not working. The room had little black ants here and there. But it was comfortable and the people seemed friendly enough

It was an ok place to stay. The room was clean. The toilet was way to low , and the water pressure was so strong it actually felt like needles on my skin.

My staff was satisfactory. Tbe room was sufficient and clean. The best part of this hotel was the person working the dining. Her name is Jennifer and she needs a raise because her customer service skills are top notched.
The pool itself was not clean as their were little crawling creatures in and about the pool. The jacuzzi was not operable and cordon off by chairs around it. The free breakfast was limited but not too bad. Tried to contact front desk bur not able to get through. I had to call the hotel direct from my cell phone. Front desk staff were cordial. Overall, my stay was ok but again thr highlight was that one staff that made everyone feel welcomed. Hats off to Jennifer!!!!!

Our stay was short, but we enjoyed the comfortable beds. Only bad thing was elevator was broken & we had to carry stuff up a lot of stairs late at night. Friendly staff!

There was quite a bit of difference between my stay here. And another suite style hotel in the area the day before. This one had breakfast available, yes. Hot coffee at all hours, yes! A tub that worked,YES! and a later check out time that was so appreciated by this weary traveler. the staff also were extremely accommodating. And because of all of this, I have decided that this will be my go to place whenever I return to the city.

Check in and out staff were outstanding. They cared about your stay and your questions even when juggling a multitude of phone calls coming in from Tulsa for relocation. I was the priority; not the phone calls--this is the type of customer service that is missing today--you above the phone. Same experience when I checked out with a different front desk person. Loved my room, the quality of the bed, pillows and bathroom. Very quiet and relaxing. I've stayed in many hotels over the years and this one is at the top of my list and would recommend to anyone!
