I was disappointed that when I was showering, I ran out of body wash.

The staff is AMAZING ... every single one of them but especially Gigi at the front desk, the bartender and the shuttle driver I booked here because I wanted a nice place with free shuttle service to and from the airport and cruiseport It checked all my boxes

Well the room was spacious but thier was moldsmell in the room. We asked to be move to another room. The Reservatinist was very apologetic. She did honor pur request but other room smelled just as bad.

The place has bugs and the mattresses have no protective covering .. there also extremely rude

Very bad customer service at the front desk, early in the morning while we waited for the checkin hour, at night and during the check out the meat morning. The front desk team is not courteous with customers even attending personal phone instead of look on customer when asking for something

Check in was a bit of a disaster. Greated by several irrate travelers at the desk, who were trying to check in early and were being told there is an extra fee at this facility for early check ins "if rooms happen to be available". Same travelers were also upset to find out there was a "per piece" charge to store luggage with the hotel while awaiting check in. Parking was also slightly higher than expected. I had trouble getting the coupon for breakfast the next morning even though I pre-paid through Hotels.com for the breakfast in advance. I was told that the "hotel can not see such advance purchases through their web site and I had to go to my room and get my computer and pull up the reservation for them to prove I had pre-paid for the breakfast. It took 4 phone calls to the front desk to get extra pillows for the room. though room was "disability accessible", I was surprised to find no safety grab bars in the shower to keep from slipping and akwardlyt placed towel bars which were hard to reach from the shower. Air conditioning worked well in the room. Room was very clean. When hptel was made aware of the above issues, the mnager did send me a response sayng "they were sorry" but no disocunts were offered.

Clean, quiet, comfortable, safe and convenient. Free airport shuttle, but They do not offer free breakfast or free parking.

We needed a place to stay and this hotel was a winner.

Younger lady at check in desk was very nice. Received no greeting or acknowledgment from the two older women. Room was clean but had a slightly musty/damp carpet odor. The Latino lady who checked us out was warm, friendly and very professional!

The stay for the first 3 days were horrible from checkin to trying to find us another room because ours was dirty . After the manager got involved and after checking several other rooms he finally had us one cleaned and the 5 th floor smelled so much better ! I do not recommend the stay there !

Staff was friendly and helpful. Would stay again.

This hotel smells wet, bleached, moldy! The bathrooms were filthy, the overall place was filthy. The staff at the front desk was amazing but the condition of the place was terrible.

This property was very clean and the staff was really nice at check in. The one thing I disliked was that you had to pay for parking I didn't know that beforehand, so I was caught off guard with that. But overall stay was nice

This is a new building but not well mantained. Carpets could be much cleaner. If you sum the amount they charge you for parking (7$ daily) plus what you have to dispose for breakfast outside, it would have been better to take an hotel in the 100$ range instead

The ladies in the front desk, wonderful and very attentive to my questions and requirements. Had an excellent stay and without doubt would stay there again and again. They have a shuttle bus from the airport to the hotel. Great Job!
