people were nice but 2 out of the 3 days we had no hot water and that was ridiculous. Me and my wife live off hot showers.

Our stay was very good. The hotel room was clean, spacious, and modern. The size of the room and bed were very comfortable. We used the kitchenette and found everything we needed. We enjoyed while it is small, the indoor pool and spa and even sat outside by the fire pit table. Wendy was accommodating and attentive. I particularly enjoyed the fact that breakfast was varied from day to day and saw staff working very hard to ensure food and utensils, plates were replenished in a fast and timely manner. In the lobby there was coffee and water infused with orange slices that was particularly refreshing. We will return again and recommend this hotel for stay.

The room we stayed was 2 queen bed suit with a spacious living room, little kitchen & dinning option. The stay was comfortable. Front desk staff support was good. The location is 15-20min reach from downtown. Could improve in service & refill speed of breakfast menu.

It was awesome to have two bedrooms - one king and one two queens - and two bathrooms for our family of four all in one suite! All staff we interacted with were friendly and helpful. Great stay!

I made the reservation to celebrate my birthday, but it turned out being the worst stay ever! Check in was ok, but as we got off the elevator, we got hit by the most repulsive smell you can imagine! Like rotten fish or something, there was also bags of trash in the corner. I thought it was about to get taken out but was there the entire evening! So we got into our room and the same stench! I called the front desk and the receptionist came in with some room spray, which helped some. We went out to dinner but came back to same smell! So the next day I asked if we could be moved to another room but was told they will let us know, and never heard back till we checked out. And then, my daughter got ringworms!!!! Something she’s never had her entire life! This was the worst stay ever and would never recommend for anyone to waste their time and money here!

We were really disappointed that the pool was not heated. It was too cold for us to be able to get in and enjoy as a family. The indoor pool was one reason we booked there and we were not able to enjoy it.

Hotel had a very odd smell in the hallways. There was constant issues with the pool and the hospitality of the front desk staff. I didn’t eat breakfast for the whole stay because I didn’t want to interact with them. With all the reports and issues we were supposed to be accommodated for one nights stay and was only accommodated for half of a night. Will not be staying at this location again.

Air in one of the rooma wasnt working correctly. There were things left in room from previous people. Toilet sidnt flush right. Room smelled musty/moldy. The pool was nasty looking almost had a green hue to it. Hot tub wasnt usable. Breakfast wasnt as good as described. Had better at a best Western.

The air conditioning was broken/barely working, the tvs wouldn’t work, (cycled nonstop through a user agreement) the hot tub had BROWN water! The pool never opened on time was told it was for cleaning that clearly wasn’t done due to the brown water and sludge buildup in the corners. Spent $600 for 3 nights for nothing to work or get fixed and to be told it wasn’t their problem and they couldn’t help me. Don’t EVER STAY HERE!!!

The room had stains on the door. The apolstery was torn. Sheets were ripped. No bath mat. Soap dispenser was empty. Splatters of cleaner in television wiped with dirty cloth. Floor was sticky.

Overall, our experience was very good. The staff were very friendly, and the hotel was located in a good spot. The breakfast was a nice treat. We really liked the suite layout, but at night, we heard a lot of noise through the walls. It sounded more like a whooshing sound, like water constantly running through pipes. This happened most of the night. We could also hear the people above us fairly easily. I'm unsure if they were extremely loud or if the ceiling needed more soundproofing. I suspect the latter might be the case due to the construction methods used in designing the building. Even with the noises we would look for a suites by Hilton hotel in the future.

We booked online and the payment didn’t go through so we needed to pay once we got there. It seemed like the room weren’t ready, even though we were there later in the evening. The front desk said they were going to “upgrade” us but needed to ask first. Once she got the green light she gave us our room. It was a two room suite and one of the rooms didn’t ’t have a working air conditioner! It didn’t have bar soap or enough towels for a 6 person suite. The next we told the front desk about the air conditioner not working and was told that they would it. We were gone the entire day and once we came back we realized the air conditioner had not been fixed. We called the front desk and the told us the repair man said he repaired it. We asked for a new room and were able to move. We were going to stay three nights but canceled the last night and left instead. We were definitely not “upgraded”.

We had a wonderful 2 bedroom 2 bath suite. My only concern is that housekeeping never came to freshen up our room, empty the trash or make beds. We were given towels when I requested them. When we requested housekeeping we were told we were on the schedule for the next day. On our scheduled day we were told we wouldn’t be getting house keeping because they were short staffed. We were there from Wednesday-Sunday. Seems like we should have had some kind of housekeeping during that time, especially since we requested it.

The staff were rude and lazy. They did not clean our room once during our stay. We were there for 5 days and not once did they have room service. When we asked for room service all they said they would do it but it wouldn't get done. The front desk staff moved like sloth's, in slow motion. They were just annoyed when they needed to work.

It was right next to the highway, so it was a little noisy, but not terrible. The room was spacious and clean, we enjoyed out time. The breakfast was great!! Our only downside was that there was a family that stayed at the same time and their kid kept pooping in the pool and hot tub so they had to shut it down to drain, clean and refill. It wasn't the child's fault. The parents knew it was possible and refused to place them in a swim diaper to be safe. Its understandable with their condition, just wish those precautions would've been taken. Otherwise, a great stay!

Good place to stay. Good breakfast. Clean. Two complaints: the freeway was right outside our room. Super loud. Hard for kids to sleep. The other problem was that the hot tub was not hot.

The gym is pretty decent BUT the hot tub was yellow when we tried to get in..the service is so slow as far as brining towels, shampoo because we ran out and same with toilet paper and a blow dryer..took us about a hour and a half to get those things which normally there is a blow dryer in the rooms and extra toilet paper. The one bed in our room had orange stuff on the sheets also. Won’t be staying here again

Staff was very nice, but check in was slow. Pool was closed the day we wanted to use it. The toilet was dirty when we arrived. There were not enough luggage carts when we left, and we had to make several trips downstairs to get all our stuff down. The location was very convenient. Parking was great. The breakfast was pretty good too.
