Beautiful hotel. Our room is very spacious over looking the harbour. Breakfast is average.

The room should be a non-smoking but it smelled like someone smoked when I checked in. I claimed it then they changed my room soon and the room was very clean. Anyway the hotel was clean but nothing around to see, 10 min from the canal by car. No place to eat at the evening.

We arrived early and were greeted by a Japanese staff and they were great. Came back later around check in time and were attended by different staff and the service was bad. Things go worse. Went to the room and the only good thing was the view. Sofa had stains, and the bed sheets had stains. That wasn’t the deal breaker, the room smelled awful. I didn’t want to complain and be moved somewhere else because I didn’t want to deal with the staff so I booked a different hotel and left.

It’s a decent hotel. Nothing that really stands out about the hotel itself except a nice lobby. The rooms are dated but have some great views. They do not run the AC in the winter even if the room is hot. Having the hotel attached to the shopping mall is very convenient if you are expecting a long stay / ski vacation. Having a whole super market attached to the hotel without having to walk outside in the snow is amazing. If your plan is to spend most of your time in the main town area of Otaru I would look elsewhere. It’s one train stop away (which is sort of attached to the hotel) that is about a 10 minute walk through the mall before 8pm (you have a long walk outside after 8pm).

Our second stay at this hotel... lovely place to stay with great breakfast and excellent staff. Ideal location to stay if skiing in the area.

Staffs are friendly, courteous and helpful. Room is spacious, clean and tidy. Morning buffet is great.

Staff were very helpful and friendly, that is the only good thing about this hotel. No coin laundry facility, rooms smelt like mouldy carpet and insects crawling across the floor. For the price you would expect better room condition. Rooms were large and you pay extra for ocean views.Very convenient for shopping, shopping and dining centre located next door.we will not be staying here again and do not recommend any friends to.

Location was excellent, it’s linked to a huge mall and the JR station. Lots of dining options and shopping opportunities. The room I booked was spacious and I had a panoramic sea view- options that I selected when making the booking. Very glad I did that.

Room carpet need to clean

Absolutely fantastic location, and only a short walk to many popular tourist destinations. The carpets were a bit dirty, but other than that, I can't think of anything to complain about! Very helpful staff, and lots of dining options around. There is also an Aeon mall in the same building for any convenient shopping you may need to get done.

Location connected to shopping mall. 2 train stops away from otaru. Just that they don’t provide complimentary bottled water.

We are given nice connecting rooms. Spacious enough. Great pier view. Shopping is convenient. Good choice for Otaru stay when you don’t fancy onsen and like shopping better.

This hotel is in the middle of shopping mall. You don't need to go out side to go to Daiso, supermarket, gift shop, restaurants, and many other stores! Room is very spacious. Coffee machine in the room is Nespresso!
