Everything was fine

This is the 2nd time staying here. Stayed here when it was brand new about 7 years ago. This trip did not disappoint, either. The hotel, inside and out was clean. The bed was comfortable and was given extra pillows upon request. Front desk person in the afternoon was very friendly and helpful. Breakfast was typical. Eggs, sausage, and everything else. The hotel is a little out of the way from all the action in Madison, but that's a bonus to me!

Fantastic bed.Handicap flat entry shower was a little awkward to use with a flat floor directly to the shower floor. A little wet beyond the shower floor. Great staff. Make sure to know if it is an adjoining room or not.

Sat outside on the padio area for breakfast. Room was very nice and staff was friendly. Quiet area for sleeping.

The room was nice, the bathroom was spacious. Beds were great, very firm. Wifi was good and had zero issues. They offer a marketplace at the front desk with complimentary bottled water, and the ability to put a card on file and purchase drinks and snacks 24/7, which we found very convenient. The pool and hot tub area was nice, pool was even warmer than most we go to. The pool also had a variety of balls and basketball hoops that were in great condition. Only drawback was that it's very echo-y and loud with children in it, though that's pretty standard in pool areas. The continental breakfast was very very good as well, probably the best one I've found in many years. The only room deficiency was that I booked Queen size beds, and the beds in our room were absolutely not Queen size, they were full size at best. They were still very comfortable, just tight if you're trying to fit two to a bed.

Everything was great except the team of ten year old baseball players who were obnoxiously loud and wild in the pool until it closed at 11pm. They had no supervision, parents were outside drinking. Unfortunately the hotel didn't enforce any rules regarding this.

Good price, and facilities are in good condition. The room was clean and comfortable. The room was not that large, but it was enough for us. The location is safe and quiet, and about 10-15 minutes from downtown Madison. The breakfast had a good mix of choices - a few hot items, some fruit, yogurt, cereal, etc. The swimming pool was fairly large, with two basketball hoops and an inflatable ball. There was also a hot tub.

overall worth the price paid. pool area was excellent. clean. breakfast and cleanliness in breakfast area was a little disappointing. no hand sanitizer in any of the dispensers

Every single staff member from the front desk to the cleaning to the breakfast staff was so kind and helpful while being professional and happy it made the entire stay very pleasant!

Ran into some problems. Checking in with a third party. Hotels.com but the sleep inn took care of it for me quickly, quietly and politely. It was great. Thank you

Checkin desk was friendly and helpful. I checked in I went to casino wand got back around 10:30 and got in bed and about 15 minutes later my ankle’s started itching and swelling so I knew I was being bitten by something so I couldn’t see anything with a naked eye so I got my cell phone and zoomed in and found black specks all over the sheets and pillows so I left after 2 showers. I called management and they said they couldn’t find anything and will not do anything (of course that’s what they are going to say) but I have the swollen feet and ankles plus pictures to support my claim.

Enjoyed our stay while attending my daughter's graduation. Quite hotel and friendly staff.

The hotel is located near highways 12, 18, I-90, and I-39 but isolated from noise. You can expect a good night's sleep. The breakfast was good.

Hotel was clean and inviting. Staff was very nice and helped us find places to eat and things to do when it was raining and our zoo plans got canceled! Room was clean! We loved it here! Definitely will stay again!

Beds were super comfy. Room was quiet at night. Fridge and microwave came in handy. Array of snack items available in lobby impressive. We did not realize there was no daily maid service, but got fresh towels from front on demand. Breakfast was hotel standard - good eggs! Did not use pool but son said hot tub looked unclean. We came to Madison for our son’s graduation from UW and preferred to be 20 mins out of town. Toby’s Supper Club is near and was handy for post ceremony dinner without reservations!

The hotel is situated in a quiet area. Not near a major highway, so no highway noise. Clean property and rooms.
