Loved this hotel. It was spotless and the staff were just lovely. Our room had a fabulous (partial) sea view and was spacious and comfortable. The bathroom again was spacious and the walk in shower just perfect. Breakfast choices were plentiful and that view from the restaurant, wow! The location was also perfect. The only niggle, was the temperature of the mini fridge, it wasn't cold. And I would have liked to have had complimentary water in the room. Recommended

Very nice stay near the heart of Cavtat and on the water. Convenient to everything. Small room, but this is Europe.

Good breakfast

Lovely hotel right on seafront, with fab views from balcony. Room was beautiful with large comfy bed and very modern. Only stayed one night so didn’t use pool, but was told very cold, and it is very small, also friend said had to pay for a sun bed and then got credit note which had to be used at pool bar. I was surprised about this as never stayed at hotel where you have to pay for a sun bed, so be aware if staying for any length of time as this could add quite a sum to your stay.

I was going back and forth debating about this hotel when I had read previous reviews that this hotel is actually fantastic. I couldn’t agree more! If you like boutique style hotels, this one is for you. Very modern, quiet and extremely comfortable accommodations. It was a shame that we only stayed in Cavtat for one night because the hotel is situated in an area with lots of restaurants. I would highly recommend this hotel to anyone and I would definitely come back and stay here again.

Pool closed, Alarms all day going off in the hallways, spa no appointments, bagged cold breakfast I would not feed to a dog Way over priced for above experience! The hotel needs to compensate us for the horrible experience; especially, with alarms going off all day into early evening keeping us from sleeping.

My stay was amazing. The place is relaxing. Overall we had a good time.

Reception staff rude and aloof didn’t acknowledge us. Paying to use a sunbed was disgraceful

Location. Small relaxing beautiful walkable. Swimming. Many great restaurant options nearby Great room (request water view). Opportunities: breakfast was a nightmare. Coffee line (no table service ) was 15-20 minutes. No fresh fruit (only heavily sugared/canned).

All perfect except the dimensions of the rooms (very small) and the machine of the drinks of the breakfast. Terrible and artificial the juices. The glasses looks like shots glasses. You have to fulfill them many times.

Checked in late afternoon - air conditioning in room not working, controlled centrally but when put on room went from 26 to 28 degrees. Guy on desk unhelpful, asked for another room told have to speak to manager and to call maintenance who would be more than 20 mins. Went to pool for over an hour came back to find maintenance were waiting to go in room. Asked for another room as too hot to sleep in finally gave us an upgrade reluctantly. New room temperature acceptable but not a good start to stay. Pool booking bed system odd and so cramped. Beach opposite pool so much nicer and free. When came to check out mess with room bill for pool bed charge took time to settle. A big complex with minimal personal touches and low customer service. Other people rates but sorry not us.

The hotel is in an excellent location & is clean & well presented. Our room 101 wasn't amazing as we had a balcony but no view & if people were in the swimming pool which was located above us we got wet every time we sat on the balcony. I'd booked a room with a double bed but got twin beds. The shower didn't work properly & the fan in the bathroom wasn't working so we asked to move but were told this wasn't an option. You have to hire a sunbed the day before use which costs €5 for a half day or €10 whole day & you get a €5 voucher to spend at the bar, however, the drink you purchase has to cost over €5 which was pointless for me as I wanted a soft drink so ended up having to pay for this on top so the voucher went to waste & I'm out of pocket. The staff at reception and in the restaurant located over the road are not particularly helpful or friendly. There is a good choice of food at the breakfast buffet but as others have said, the queue for the coffee machine is always long so gave up on that after day 1. I would conclude by saying that it has the potential to be a great place to stay and can't fault the location but it was very overpriced for what we got & would therefore not return.

Property overall was very clean, Staff very helpful. Breakfast the next morning was absolutely outstanding as was the staff at breakfast. All the makings of an outstanding hotel and then the little annoying incidental charges started. Two Euros for this, three Euros for that, five Euros to rent a chair for a half day at the Infinity pool. Just seemed like an annoying insult that seemed so unnecessary. The cost of the room was over 300 Euros but a truly fair price for the room, view, and outstanding breakfast. The cheap after charges just left a “sour” taste in my mouth in what could have been a truly great stay.

Gem of a find. All been refurbished recently. Light and modern rooms. Restaurant looks amazing esp as right on water. Unfortunately was fully booked.

Great hotel, great location. Pay the extra for a partial sea view /sea view ,well worth it. Great breakfast .Only negative is that they should supply breakfast tea and milk in the room and at breakfast.Apart from that lovely hotel.

Location amazing

Cavtat is a great place to base yourself for Dubrovnik if you want a peaceful ocean-side place. The bus and water taxi are easy. Good restaurants in Cavtat as well.

We have stayed here at lease four times over the years. Cavtat is close to the airport. This hotel is great. Breakfast is good, rooms are modern and clean. All good. The pool gets crowded. Town of Cavtat cannot be beat. Highly recommend.

Quiet, clean and cool hotel. Rooms were spotless. Balcony small but beautiful sea view - well worth choosing a room with a seaview otherwise it might be the carpark. Understaffed at reception desk at times so a long wait. Also, check your bill when checking out as mistakes has been made with pool bar. Would recommend for couples as relaxing and very local to bars and restaurants.
