It was very good. Two issues: 1) front desk was not always staffed during the day. Sometimes frustrating. 2) continental breakfast had almost no food and no coffee cups and was not staffed at 10:30am.

First day the door wouldn’t latch. Maintenance came and couldn’t fix it. Had to change rooms at 7pm. The next room we were told was an upgrade, was much older. Came back the next day after hiking all day and our key wouldn’t work. Had to wait 15-20 min for them to figure out where the master key set was. The front desk attendant smelled like weed every time she came to the room to fix said doors.

Lovely suite with comfortable places to hang out. We didn’t realize there was no housekeeping service and they not gave us coffee for one morning. Lobby coffee isn’t available til 7:30. The beds are old and hard on the back. If they would correct these things it would make the rooms a good value. We stayed here so we could walk and not have to park.

Hotel is OK - it’s more of a 2 -3 star hotel but certainly not worth the price point.

I booked a room with 2 beds and a loft, but they put me in a regular suite with one bedroom. When I asked for the loft room, I was told that the hotel did not have any loft rooms. I requested a refund because I was not given the room I reserved, but was told by hotels.com that the room was non-refundable. How can a hotel advertise one room, give you another room and then keep your money and not call it fraud or false advertising?

I had a hard stay with y'all. There was someone with a pressure washer outside my window at 5:30 am the first morning. There is no reason to start that at that hour. Let your guests sleep. Then, the second night, the fire alarm was going off intermittently all night. Brutal.
And, I got to the hotel around 11 on the 24th and my key did not work. I went to the front desk and there was no one there. I get it. after hours. but, there was no one managing the phone in case someone called with a problem like I had. I was saved by one of your kitchen staff who was cleaning floors who was most helpful and concerned about my situation. Overall, my stay with you was not the best.

When paying $400 a night to stay at a hotel, I would expect them to be able to staff the front desk and provide key cards that work. We never got a working key card to our room and asked 5 times for a key card. When coming home after dinner, we had to wait and follow another couple in because the front doors were locked and we didn’t have a working key card. We then had to borrow a master key from the drawer of the front desk to get into our room. Absolutely ridiculous for what we are paying to not have staff available to provide a working key card.

This place is definitely a great wrapping up for our trip. We sort of changed to this hotel from another booking at the last minute because of the lower price. We were pleasantly surprised by a full kitchen with tableware and pots. Large space, big mirrors, plus a shared balcony. The location is accessible to many downtown restaurants and grocery stores. Breakfast was delicious (bakery fruits). Staff was friendly and parking was easy. The hallway might have a bit too much smell of disinfectant. In general we highly recommend this place. We only stayed for one night but would be happy if we could stay longer.

The WB was amazing. The room was fantastic, staff go above and beyond. The steak room downstairs was outstanding! Strongly recommend if you are looking for top class accommodations.

The good part: this is a fantastic location. Over a 4 day trip, we were able to get to every restaurant, coffee shop, etc that we wanted to go to without ever getting in the car. And my wife thought the takeaway breakfast options were better than expected.
The bad part: the building itself is meh and isn't even close to appropriate for the price point. The whole building feels dated. Walls are thin, so you can hear your neighbors moving around. The building is located on the truck route through town, so the poor sound insulation is particularly annoying. Housekeeping came by while we had our do-not-disturb sign out in the morning and never bothered to come back (even though they were still cleaning other rooms when we left for the day.) The shower had a terrible design (door opens blocking the faucet, so you have to reach around the door to turn on the water) and the door wouldn't stay closed.

Stayed here twice about 10 yrs ago and had a wonderful experience. The place just looks tired now. Noisy room, tv looked like 8 yrs old, wood flooring gaps, baseboards look awful. One of the sinks was very slow to drain and the grout in the bathroom was disgusting. I expected much more for $675/night mid week rental.

The front desk was very welcoming and polite. The room had great facilities and a very comfortable bed. However, the downside was that the shower water was cold. It was really painful not to have hot water, especially after an early morning flight to Salt Lake City followed by over five hours of driving to Jackson Town. Additionally, the washing machine was broken, and the staff didn't manage to fix it. The soundproofing was also poor; we could often hear people talking outside by the windows.

This was great place for our stay! It was easily accessible from our drive to and from Grand Teton Park and the other areas we visited. The staff were very friendly. The parking garage was a bit odd and also really tight to get into and out of. There is also a small parking lot at the hotel.

If there was a concern it would be the limited parking. But I was lucky to find a spot both nights. So much is within walking distance so the car wasn’t needed to be moved much.

Where do I start?
Well the staff are outstanding. A big shout out to Brendan and Jade who are absolutely amazing! All the staff were friendly, helpful and fabulous.
The breakfast was brilliant and the location is awesome. A few minutes walk to all your local restaurants and shops.
We stayed in a suite and the amenities were great, a very well equipped kitchen plus toiletries, robes and clean towels every day. Any small issue we had was dealt with politely, professionally and promptly.You couldn't ask for more. We had a fantastic time and would love to return as soon as we can. We miss you already White Buffalo Club!
