Fastest check in, comfy bed and pillows. Breakfast was good w/ scrambled eggs and bacon. They were remodeling the room for breakfast, but all good. Shuttle run every hour by the hour, how about every half hour? just a thought

We arrived after 8 pm, checked in, got ice for nightcap went to bed. Check in was quick. Very friendly staff. Lobby echoes so it was difficult to hear because of a loud family. Once in the room it was quiet. Left hotel at 3:30 am for an early morning flight so can't comment on breakfast. We did take advantage of the coffee in the room.

The hotel is clearly in the midst of renovations. But everyone was friendly and the location is very convenient. The walls are a little thin and you can hear everything in other rooms and down the hall.

I didnt feel this was a safe place. There are not many restaurants to walk to. The worst communication ever! We stayed here the night before a cruise and the night we got off the cruise ship. When we landed at the airport before the cruise, I was impressed with how quick they arrived to pick us up. That was a good experience. We, as well as many other customers staying here, were very disappointed in the fact that they don't offer a complimentary shuttle to the cruise port. They go through a 3rd party company who charges $20 per person! That was an unexpected cost. Also, when we got back from the cruise we called the hotel who told us its another $40 PER PERSON to get the same shuttle company to come get us AND, THIS IS THE BEST, they said they didnt have anyone to come get us. We didnt have a ride! Be sure you have the UBER app and be prepared to use it! It was actually cheaper than the $20 and $40 to and from via the 3rd party company! I talked to the employee at the front desk and explained this should be clearer in advertisements and such. When leaving to go to the airport, there were A LOT of very upset people taking it out on the employee at the front desk righfully so but I sure felt sorry for him. Wouldn't recomment this hotel.

Front desk service was wonderful and so helpful. Accommodations for the night were very clean and comfortable. Great for a quick overnight after our cruise.

Staff were friendly. The hotel seems to be undergoing some updates. It was loud! Between the trains and the loud doors and voices in hallways it wasn’t a restful experience. There are no restaurants close by other than a Wendy’s and a Dunkin Donuts.

The hotel was under construction so it was a mess. The continental breakfast was nothing special. The front desk ladys were not rude but not friendly at all. They were there to do a job. We will not be returning

The breakfast is not very expensive: there was no bread, only English muffin or bagel, there was no muffin or other type of sweet, there was only the option of apple juice in a child's size, there was no other type of juice flavor available.

Across from a Hilton Hotel, airport shuttle is for both. Convenient to make reservation to get to Port Everglades ($20@ cash only). Wendy's and Dunkin Donuts right in front. Breakfast variety good, eggs, sausage, yogurt, bagels, oatmeal, waffles, fruit, toast.

The outside and inside of the hotel was clean and well maintained however when we checked in I was advised the room i booked wasn't available due to renovations, which was not disclosed when I booked.- I booked a room with 2 double beds and the only room available was a king bed with a sofa bed. When checking out, I brought up my concerns to the front desk staff and was advised they couldnt help me, even though I believe this was their error as this important info was not disclosed- if it was I would have chosen another hotel. Sadly I wont be staying here again.

Hotel overall was okay, breakfast was good, rooms were clean, service was ok. The issue that I had was, FALSE ADVERTISING, either with Expedia or the hotel itself . Upon booking the room that I had chosen states that Kitchen(stove top, kitchen utensils ) is included in the suite room . When I got to my room neither items listed above was not available, I thought they placed me in the wrong room. Called front desk only to be told they took out kitchen along time ago. If I wanted a regular room I could’ve booked it for cheaper . The reason I booked suite because of the kitchen that was ADVERTISED! . No solution was offered from Fairfield inn!! Besides that I checked out and they would issue a refund whichin my funds would not be refunded until 5-7 business days!!! INCONVENIENT !! The least you could’ve done was issue a portion of my funds back for FALSE ADVERTISEMENT! SO if you plan to travel with large families and planning to cook because of what is advertised !! DO NOT BOOK!!!

The food and drinks left by former guests were still in the room, including French fries on the floor. The toenail clippings in the one functioning elevator were horrible. The staff was the only bright spot - pleasant and efficient.
