I arrived late at guest house around 11pm due to crowded queue at immigration during Christmas Eve. The guest house waited for me and passed me the key before check-in in the next day which I appreciated it. The location was great as it was just located nearby main street where Ubud Market, restaurants etc are easily accessible. The room was clean and spacious with pool accesible just outside of the room.

There were quite lot mosquitoes outside the room so be sure to bring some mosquito repellent if you wanted to sit outside of the room or beside the pool. The shower pressure was low and took awhile for the water to warm up.

My room was very clean, breakfast was good, staff was friendly and helpful, and the location was perfect - super close to Radiantly Alive for my yoga teacher training, as well as the Ubud center! Beautiful pool area to catch some sun and read, that is surprisingly quiet for being so close to the town center. Wayan also helped arrange an airport pickup for me, which was very helpful.

I didn't like all the plastic water bottles, plastic-packaged soap, and single serving jelly/butter containers provided. I really wish Krisna House would, at minimum, have a filtered water jug to refill water bottles. Bali is already drowning in plastic, it's really heartbreaking to see. :( Making even a small change to reduce plastic can have a huge positive impact on the environment! I'm sure other guests would appreciate these efforts as well, as it is such a global issue. I also had an issue with the noise from the room above me. I was kept up late at night at times, as the pounding from the footsteps above was difficult to sleep through. This didn't happen every night, but next time I will definitely make sure to get the top floor room! Because of the intensity of my training while I was there, it was really important to get a good night of rest. Maybe something to keep in mind for future yoga students who are staying for a longer period of time.

The breakfast and the location was good.

The room was pretty dirty and the bed was very wet, so it was hard to breathe while I was trying to sleep.

The comfiest bed! Pool is nice, location is so good - really close to all the shopping and restaurants, but tucked away from the traffic noise. There is a really good yoga place next door, makes it easy to do 7:30am yoga since you can leave just 5min before. Curtains block the light really well so you can have uninterrupted sleep.

Shower floor had some permanent stains and the water pressure is quite weak. Breakfast is very average but fills you up.

Perfect location to Ubud main st. Staff were very friendly and approachable.breakfast was tasty. Nice big room and comfortable bed.on my last day I checked out early. Breakfast was still provided to me despite being 1.5hours before the breakfast opening time.

Really spacious room, which was spotless and cleaned every day. We had two balconies, which was a nice suprise as one had a really nice view. The pool area was very nice and clean. Although the staff didn't speak much English, they were very kind and helpful. Breakfast was nice enough for the price, brought to your room on time.

The bed wasn't that comfy as it was abit springy and there was only 1 thin pillow provided. Also, the bathroom gets flooded after every shower. Really can't complain though due to the price.

Location is right in the centre of Ubud but on a small side road so it is not too noisy. Close to restaurants, shops, sights, supermarkets. Good pool and nice staff. Breakfast was choice of coffee or tea with a fruit plate and either pancake (banana or pineapple) or toast with egg (boiled, scramble, fried) and was good. Room size was good and had a lovely little terrace to sit. Bathroom was clean. You can pay cash or card, whichever you prefer.

Nothing really. For that price I could not have asked for anything else.

The entrance, reception area and the way leading to the rooms were pitch dark at night.

when I arrived first time I ve good room and big bath, then I moved for 2 days to another hotel as they were overbooked so when I came back they gave me small room with very small bath which I did not like it, even the price was higher then 1 st time. when I asked them they said that I booked this room etc. it was weird situation but I had no choice than stay there

Everything about this place was perfect. The owner and staff are so kind and accomodating. Every single centimetre of Krishna House is emasculate. The staff clean the rooms, pool, verandas (literally everything) everyday. They never stop. They take so much pride and it shows. I have nothing bad to say about this beautiful stay. Nyoman prepared me a beautiful breakfast everyday and even bought me a coconut when I had Bali belly. Very sad to leave, but I will be back. Please stay here!

Loved this place will definitely come back ,Pictures don’t do it justice , great location with warungs & cafes , massage & yoga at your doorstep! Breakfast served happily on my balcony every morning, they offer this with a large thermos so you can enjoy a second tea/ coffee .

Love, Love this property. Great location and so quiet. Pool is sparkling and staff so friendly. This is our 2nd stay and have booked again for later in the year. I generally mix up my accommodation each visit but Krisna house ticks all the boxes for Ubud.. My young adult children also loved the tranquility here on their first Ubud visit.

Good location

I booked a twin but got a double. No offer of compensation for their mistake. Every morning I had a number of small cockroaches on the floor. The towels were smelly and felt unclean. The rooms have really seen better days. Check out time on my confirmation email was 12:00 but they wanted me out 11:00. We reached a compromise at 11:30. Also, when asking staff if they could organise taxi to Sanur they wanted to charge me IDR 350000 instead of the usual fare of IDR 200000. Breakfast if you can call it that was included but don't even bother with it. Sadest breakfast menu ever. What I'm trying to say is that I never really felt as a valued guest.
