The hotel has a great location, the room was very big but the furniture was a little old, the atention in the front desk was excellent. Sure i will back again.

I had a really bad experience. I came back after a long day of work to find that my room had not been cleaned. I called the front desk and they told me "the person that was supposed to clean your room was not there today and we didn't have resources." The front desk was extremely dismissive and basically told me "it is what it is; if you're not happy, go somewhere else." They offered me $50 of restaurant credit. The next day, the housekeeping manager told me that this was not an accurate statement and she had no idea why my room had not been cleaned. Also, this is not a business friendly hotel and I was there for business. There is no coffee machine in the room, there is no room service, and the restaurant does not have a phone. The only way to place a take out order is either online (does not allow for room charge) or to physically show up. The coffee was old and the food was bad. Bathroom had a tub with a curtain and really old fixtures, so was not the luxury hotel it advertised. Overall, I will never stay at this hotel again.

Great people

Excellent condition, service, location and decor.

Great short stay. The room had an on and off clicking sound ...something in the walls or pipes, and the toilet water would fill randomly so just extra unwanted sound. Other than that, the facility is good and has good amenities.

This is a beautiful hotel in a great part of town. Our room was large with a great view.

Lovely hotel in a perfect location! Service was friendly, hotel was very clean and well appointed! One complaint was, while the food at the restaurant was delicious and unique, the service there was friendly, but quite slow.

Great location

Such a cool and unique hotel. Has a great atmosphere and really good amenities. The down stairs restaurant had really good cocktails and food. Also in a great location to walk to several things and had good bars. Fun Piano bar about a block down. Overall will stay here again next time we are here.

Was great I wish there was a hot water kettle in the room to make tea.

Front desk staff was very courteous. We were greeted each time we passed by. We received our complimentary bottle of wine.

The rooms were big and the bathtub was amazing!

Hotel is located in a perfect spot with access to theaters and shopping. There were a few broken items in the room and tv was basic. We loved the quality bedding and bathroom toiletries. Ask for a refrigerator right away if you want one. None are in the room otherwise.

The woman who checked us in was exceptionally friendly and helpful. All the staff we interacted with were friendly and professional. The entire place from our viewpoint was very well run. The location was great, with easy access to multiple subway lines and walking distance to many restaurants and tourist attractions.

We had a great time! The staff were all incredibly kind, helpful and made our stay even better. The pool and terrace were a great spot to relax in the evening and the whole experience was positive.

It was OK. Rooms were pretty clean, gym was nice. There were strange inconvenient things abt the room design--no towel bars or hooks in bathroom except next to shower, no bedside lights on one side. Beds were comfortable but bouncy. Gym was solid. Staff was very nice. Biggest downside was just the high levels of street noise at night. Be aware it is a busy area with motorcycles and ambulances going by. Not the hotels fault but was surprised windows weren't better sound insulated given the location.

Everything was perfect. No issues

We enjoyed the bar/restaurant Edgar was super nice at breakfast. I had requested a couple of items in advance by phone, they didn't have them in the room when we got there, so i had to ask again. In my opinion, this was just average.

The Hotel is great and offer good stay and pool and brunch restaurant and walkable options. They have good valet parking but it is expensive 75$ per night for guests but for me it was better than outside parking in terms of safety and service.

Super convenient location. Easy to walk around to restaurants and shopping also really easy to get to the train. Staff was nice and attentive. Room was clean.

Downtown location was great. The room was comfortable to sleep in but it there was no refrigerator which was frustrating.
