A large and well appointed house sitting on a beautiful piece of property. Dogs and Kids welcome and guaranteed to have fun. This was our 2nd stay and we were very pleased with the experience. The 2 bedroom, air-conditioned house has a fully equipped kitchen, living and dining room. It sits in the middle of a large grassy garden with a bridge that leads to a stretch of sandy private beach. The caretaker family lives nearby and are super friendly .

Not really a complaint but be prepared and bring everything you need to eat and be comfortable as markets and stores are a little far away so its best to just stay in once you arrive.

The owner hosts and staff are Wonderful! Helped us unload and set up a beach table so we could host small luncheon. Nice bathroom and rain shower. The privacy and beach setting are sublime and a true hidden gem. Setting was beautiful and hammocks inviting. Full kitchen and morning coffee on the deck with surf sounds in background made for nice mornings. The view of Apo Island is fantastic as well. Love this Place!…Will Definitely return.

Could definitely use a generator due to sometimes frequent power outages in N. Oriental; in this case 2 full days. Don’t need the AC, but Do need fans and airflow, but can’t always count on an ocean breeze. adding a couple of fold up floor beds would enhance appeal to slightly bigger families.

Very beautiful location on the beach. Very relaxing and clean bungalow with a refrigerator and microwave.

The outlets were European round type and there are no adapters for them in the local hardware stores. The caretaker will be able to supply two or three adapters for your electronics use. The wifi seemed to be out quite a bit.

Quite secluded. Large estate with 3 buildings (owner lived in neighboring house during my stay). Beautiful garden. Direct access to pebble beach. Large house. Romantic and relaxing.

Construction noise during my stay. Off the track with very few shops around and access bit difficult (but worked out for me because of motorbike)

Power problems but they figured it out. Local rooster farm close by. Rode getting to it was rough. Need a truck or suv.

The property is huge and beautiful designed and maintained. There is even a bridge! And lots of cute dogs and beautiful flowers, huge, old trees etc. The house itself was also beautiful decorated and sparkling clean. Will definitely come again!

After Cebu and Bohol we were desperate to get away from the crowds. This is a beautiful property. Fantastic bathroom (best of our 4wk trip) comfy rooms. Well equipped. WiFi worked fine. Great verandah and gardens and only locals on the beach. So sorry to leave!!! Apo dive/snorkel available at resort 100m down the beach. Quick transfer and amazing snorkelling.

House keeping took a little reminding but were really friendly and always responded quickly to requests. Make sure to stock up well before you arrive if self catering as a big supermarket is way back in Dumaguete!!
