Cheap for good reason. Old, grounds dirty, smoke funneled up towards room, sparse area for dog full of nettles.

It met the basic requirements- a place to lay your head for the night and sleep. For that, it was fine. The A/C worked, water pressure was good for a shower, and the bed had enough pillows and blankets. Other than that, it was older and a bit run down. The lobby had a kind of “stale” smell like it has been closed up too long.

The room was large, and the bed was very comfortable, but the room wasn't especially well furnished, with only one chair. The property as a whole didn't look well kept. The breakfast was one of the saddest we've ever encountered, with wrapped sweet pastries and very little beyond that, and Fox News on nonstop in the breakfast room. We won't return.

We were very impressed by the condition and comfort of our room. This was the best economy stay we have had this year. The staff was very friendly.

At initial check-in, and originally assigned room, the bed cover had a big stain on it, the walls had stains, and there may have been dried blood on the walls, I am not a forensics expert. We asked the hotel clerk to change rooms and he was very understanding and gave us a much nicer/cleaner room. Our new room was very clean and the bed was very comfortable. However, I would not return to this hotel, you get what you pay for.

The front desk management is also the maintenance person. One person does everything so it’s difficult to get a hold of anybody at the front desk, Secondly, the place was not clean. The sheets were stained. It was blood. It was oil and other black marks on the sheets. The furniture is ill Fitting to the room. Chair cushions are water stained. The kitchenette comes with no dishes or cutlery of any sort. Walls Indoors are dirty From handprints.

The reception person doubles as maintenance man and is never at the desk. Long periods of waiting for attention. Argument over billing. Sheets stained with blood and some kind of oil. Solied walls. Stained chair seats, furniture does not fit the room. Paultry breakfast, aged breads, liquid butter squeezed from a dirty bottle. And on and on and on

Room is moderately clean and maintained, although vacuum cleaning in the corners would be appropriate.
For breakfast it was included in the daily rate and simple. Very well located and close to everything.

Beds were indented from wear, table lamp not functional and door handle and lock were poorly attached.

Wonderful stay with a polite greeting at check in by the proprietor. Clean, spacious room with all amenities needed and nice, simple breakfast. Dollars well spent—would definitely return!

This place is beyond terrible. Very dirty furniture, ripped bedcoverings, dirty floors, stained towels, discusting bathroom, there was a cockroach on the shower curtin, large missing piece of woodwork filled in with a large gob of spray foam etc. Peanut butter & jelly offered in open squeeze tubes from Walmart, coffee was just water, oj was offered in a gallon jug that said 100 oj, it had obviously been refilled with some watered down version of oj. This place is terrible don't stay here.

Overall, stay was decent, but I didn't ask for much either. Clean room, decent breakfast, and daily check-ins on the room. My experience was quick check in/check out, clean room on day 1 and easy parking. I also experienced housekeeping checking in at 9:30 am on my 2nd day (i failed to display the don't disturb sign), and the room wasn't rechecked that day (i didn't mention anything to front desk, as i got in late, and desk was unmanned at check-out). Lastly, alrhough breakfast was more grab and go style, I'd appreciate something besides Nutella and jam for spread; butter or honey works. Would stay again to see if experience improved

There was no place to hang any clothes in the room as there was no closet of any king. The bathroom had a very unusual shower with the floor being the bottom of the shower. Smelled of mold .

Very dirty bathroom with brown fluid drippings on the walls and door. Beds and kitchenette area clean though. The gentleman who checked us in was very pleasant and enjoyable.

Was told we couldn’t have a first level room because they were too busy. Yet 8:30 pm and there are only six cars in the parking lot. Also, ice is restricted to about four cups per request. Too busy and they may run out??

I was very disappointed to find out after i checked in that they do not have a continental breakfast, though it is advertised as being so. I now remember staying here a year ago and the new owners said no breakfast even though advertised as so. Nobody likes misleading advertising.

Nasty rooms. Advertising breakfast but none was provided. Not even coffee. After I checked out i was charged $15 for a pet i did not have. After calling the property to ask about the charges very nasty human attacing me verbally.

I book this room through Expedia , I could not stay there last two nights, tried to get a refund and could not contact anyone, this is up to Expedia to resolve, I had to rebook at stay wise the second night. It looks as if I wasted my money booking through Expedia, I would not recommend Expedia due to its lack of concern for customer and the hotels it supports
